Absolutely amazing set. My 1 year old is obsessed with it. The carry bag is brilliant for storage and the set is beautifully made!

I was really pleased to find this product on Amazon as my toddler loves Hey Duggee and we hadn't seen anything like this anywhere else. Even better when it was reduced in price.Positive:The musical element is lovelyLove the small world play elements which mean we can mix and match it with other sets of our wooden toys, that's a big advantage to usThe addition of a post box is lovelyThe storage bag is handy as original cardboard boxes always get ruined and this means we can easily keep all the pieces togetherIt's lovely and brightAppears well made, but only had it a few daysNegative:Would be nice if it had a chicken, frog and rabbit character like other sets.Doesn't appear to have a lid, it says it "opens up" but it therefore doesn't.The picture implies it is full to the top but it's 3/4 fullI assumed the pieces easily came apart for stacking etc but they don't. Guess they become looser with timeThe musical element is lovely but has no sound control and it's very loudThe mat is a little padded so is never going to lie completely flat, so the characters won't stand up easily

At first I was really pleased with this toy as it looks lovely, has a great storage bag and my children loved it. Unfortunately after just 2 weeks use the musical part which was their favourite has just stopped working. The returns window has already closed as because it was a birthday present, I ordered it early and didn't open it for the first couple of weeks. Such a shame as otherwise a great toy, but I'm not happy with the quality of that part of the product

This had clearly been sold before as tissue paper wrapping was celotaped up and not as expected for new items. There are indeed 80 pieces but that includes wheels and several items making up each piece, so the total of completed pieces is much less. Some items will not stand up on the mat as they would need to be on a completely flat surface. Would have returned but did not want the hassle.

Less pieces than I expected based on photo but the pieces are lovely and feel very sturdy and crafted well. Great for Hey Duggees fans.

Received today and seal is broken on box. Inside half of the item are unwrapped and can clearly see that it has been tampered with! It’s a present for my Nephews birthday so really not happy that I will have to buy something else now as I do not have enough time to re order 😡

Got two of one character and was missing one character because of this only option was to return item which I cannot do as its already been given as a gift, very disappointing.

My daughter adores duggie, lovely well made set. Very pleased with it.
