Q: Is there any warranty on this product? My luggage's zipper broke on the first trip

Mine also. One trip and the zipper completely came unsewn from the case. And i used as carry on. So only i handled it. Very mad.

Q: Can they be storage one inside the other?

Yes, the 3 sizes nest inside of each other and can be stored inside the other. All 3 sizes also ship nested with the carry-on size and middle 24" size nested inside the larger 28" size. Hope this helps!

Used 3 times, twice international and no dents or chips
