I like this product. I use it to enhance the flavor of citrus desserts. Especially cakes

The only reason why I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the expiration date. I purchased this product in September, 2022 - the expiration date was July 1, 2023. I'm not sure if this is because of the seller or how the manufacturer sends it out. So you have less than a year to use the product. If you are a baker by profession, then you'll probably won't have any problem using the product by the expiration date. If you're just baking at home, then you may want to find a way to extend the product's lifespan. Keep the expiration date in mind when deciding on the size to purchase.

Bought for my daughter since she does a lot of baking. My husband said he recognized the smell and said it was very tasty. I’ll update the review once she uses it. I didn’t experience any packaging problems. I received a full bottle well packaged with no leaks.
