Best quality MCT oil
Great quality MCT oil! Tastes good and mixes well into coffee. Contains all three for best health benefits: caprylic acid, capric acid, and lauric acid.

Great stuff!
Adding MCT oil to my Keto was the best thing I’ve done. I finally saw the scale moving downward. I feel better and have more energy. This MCT Oil is quality stuff and tastes really, really good. I tried the Vanilla first in my morning coffee with HWC. Still slow weight lossfor me as I’m over 50 and have yo-you’d my whole life with weight gain/loss. So I decided to combine my Keto + MCT with 8/16 or 6Intermittent Fasting so no longer could put the MCT it in my morning coffee without breaking my fast too soon. So I tried drinking it plainand it tastes great!! I have tried both Vanilla and Carmel and both are really good. Also mixed with Rebel Vanilla and Rebel Salted CarmelIce creams and yum.You can get MCT Oil at a much less cost but (like when I tried first time in 2018) it tastes like oil which kind of made me gag a little so I stopped.I used it to polish up my granite sink after that :)), for real. But this MCT is good and it is quality stuff created by a couple guys who care about their product enough to put it in glass bottles.I’m not a big reviewer here unless I feel a product is worth the praise (or so bad it’s worthy of public negativity). This is worth it.I gave 4 stars on value because I “wish” it was lower priced or maybe discounted if you buy more than one, but I do totallyunderstand it cost more for a high grade product. And, in addition to aiding Keto/low carb lifestyle it’s also beneficial to yourwhole health in general.

Better than olive oil for coffee
Love this coconut MCT oil. I blend it using a "tiny milk frother wand" with milk (1TB in 2oz milk) and then pour it in my coffee (thanks to Starbucks for the idea) Starbucks uses olive oil which gives off a olive oil and slightly nutty taste - great if you love olive oil tasting coffee. But this MCT oil gives a slightly nutty taste (but not coconutty taste). I've tried pouring it directly into my coffee which is okay but it will just float on top. With the milk used as an emulsifier it is much better. Next use will be on my salads with balsamic vinegar...

Very good!
Its good. I accidentally bought it instead of the pure C8. I will use it all and then buy the pure C8 again next time.

Flavor is great
I couldn't contain my excitement when I got my hands on the Natural Force Creamy Caramel MCT Oil. As a dedicated follower of a keto lifestyle, finding the right coffee creamer can be a challenge, but this product seemed promising from the start.First, it earns major points for its flavor. The creamy caramel taste is a delightful addition to my morning coffee, making it feel like I'm indulging in a treat while staying true to my keto protocol. It's a flavorful twist that adds a touch of sweetness without the need for added sugars.I particularly appreciate that it's Keto Certified, which gives me confidence that I'm making a low-carb, ketogenic-friendly choice. It aligns perfectly with my dietary preferences and goals.Another standout feature is the use of a glass bottle. This is a welcome departure from the typical plastic packaging found with many products. It not only feels more premium but also aligns with environmentally conscious choices. However, it's worth mentioning that while the flavor was quite good, I did notice a slight chemically aftertaste, which is a common issue with some of the substitute sugar products. Few companies get this exactly right. It didn't completely detract from the overall experience, but it's something to be aware of, especially if you have a sensitive palate. One other note to mention is the price. For the size of the bottle, it seemed a bit on the higher side, especially considering that I needed to use two serving sizes to achieve my desired flavor intensity. In conclusion, Natural Force Creamy Caramel MCT Oil presents a promising option in the realm of keto coffee creamers. Its delectable flavor, keto-friendly certification, and eco-friendly glass packaging make it an appealing choice. However, the minor aftertaste and the price point for those who require a stronger flavor might be considerations. If you're embarking on a keto journey and want to elevate your morning coffee, this product is certainly worth a try, with these factors in mind.
