Very glad I bought this book
This is a nice versatile book for successful smoker cooking of fish . A good range of flavor profiles and types of fish . We are not sophisticated cooks and this is perfect.

Enjoyable book with good recipes
This book is informative and inspiring for the bbq fanatic. It has recipes and all sorts of informative information.

Ok but uninspiring
Appears to be a cut-and-paste from prior recipes, lacking in editing and somewhat repetitive in the design of the recipes. Unfortunately no color pictures. Nevertheless, the author clearly has experience and some inspiration and ideas can be drawn from this.

I live in seafood country. There are not dnough recipes for shrimp, scallops, an. None for blue crabs! Done in the swamps of Gulf Hammonk, Fl , we grill oysters, clams, shrimp, an crabs. We smokum too. This book leaves alot of help. Some recipes don't have any woods to use or heat. Waste of $ unless you do salmon.
