After weeks of lock-down and no chance of visiting the Barber's shop, it was time for this Robinson Crusoe to cut his hair. I considered many reviews and prices before taking the plunge. In my opinion there are far too many fake reviews you there, each betrayed by poor grammar or unnatural sentence structure. Likely the work of non-native English speakers eager to boost ratings. This put me off going for one of the seemingly endless bargain basement clippers. I toyed with this but settled on a more expensive, household name, opting for the Panasonic ER-GB60 model. My logic being it was possibly harder to fake and as lockdown may run longer than Agatha Christie’s The Mousetrap, it’s likely to be money well spent. The clippers were delivered very quickly and required a full charge prior to use as well as some blade lubrication. For my first attempt I fitted the longer guard ‘A’ (see pictures) and set the cutting blade to about the mid-point. I used this to remove long side and back hair. I’m a bit ‘follicley challenged’ on top so this section was regretfully easier. I switched to the ‘B’ guard (see pictures) and adjusted the control for a closer finish. You can see the blade guard move up and down as the thumb-wheel is adjusted. It was a bit experimental for me but the rule is you can always take more off in a second or third sweep as opposed to going full Kojak, Duncan Goodhew or Tom Allen. I’d say the quality of the item is good and appears authentic. Here are a few photographs to show what you get. It’s claimed to be a washable appliance but take care removing the blade for extra cleaning. It’s not obvious in the owner’s manual. I found that by holding the unit in one hand and placing the thumb at the top of the front facing clipper, by pressing gently and carefully on the saw-tooth band of the blade, it pops off the small motor spindle with ease. I found the unit to be light, easy to handle and powerful enough to remove hair which hadn’t been cut for over 8 weeks. Obviously corded versions are much more powerful but cordless allows for unimpeded motion. This is the first time I’ve ever cut my hair. My wife remarked it was a good job apart from missing a bit at the back but that’ll get tidied up next time. It’s much simpler to have someone operate the clippers but with a bit of effort, a mirror and some contortion, you can manage on your own. I can comfortably recommend these clippers to you.

I was confident initially to buy this but got pretty sceptical after reading many negative reviews on Amazon. Being a fan of Panasonic trimmers since 7 years, I would blindly want to buy only Panasonic trimmer again! The negative comments here are kind of misleading and false information. Here are my findings after first usage. Pros 1. As I mentioned, the style is sexy and gives an elegant feeling 2. Handy and easy to hold. 3. The combs - they are just amazing! My previous panasonic trimmer spills hair all over and does not hold them. But the combs in this trimmer holds back the trimmed hair and the floor does not get so messy 4. Charging time - just an hour as decsribed 5. Washable. But I believe it cannot be used with shaving gels or foams anyway Cons 1. I feel the trimmer is little heavier than the usual trimmers from Philips 2. A 3 pin charger. I mean seriously Panasonic? Why create a 3 pin charger and have one pin dummy? Is there a point? The usual shavers socket in toilets are two pin sockets! I was like damn! 3. The mini trimmer blade for precision - I feel it's useless, cheap and noisy while using 4. The body comb has fixed length - only 1.5mm setting Overall, I feel it's definitely worth the money and unlike many have written, this trimmer DOES NOT PULL HAIR while trimming and gives you an amazing trimming experience! If you are ok with the price, just go for it and you wont regret it!

Bought this in first lockdown .. it was hard to find anywhere with a stock of trimmers as everyone was doing the same. This is very easy to master - glad I got a battery trimmer, much easier than being tied to the socket, plus my wife was cutting my hair in the garden during the summer! One charge will last several hair cuts and beard trims. Use one of the two guards for beard trimming - easy adjustment to fine tune the depth of cut. Then the deeper guard for hair cutting - found with the deeper guard and fine adjust 13 is the same as 'Number 4' that I normally have in the barbers. Then with no guard you can 'shave' or detail trim edges etc. Needs a tiny dot of oil on the blades occasionally but that is included and the little pot has lasted me a year and is no where near finished. Found dry cutting best, although you can wet cut with this. Easy to clean out under the tap or with the little brush included. Has stayed sharp now for a year of use and shows no signs of wear or tugging etc.

This is a brilliant product. After the lockdown kicked in, I tried to cut my own hair for the first time and thought why not my Philips trimmer? Such a bad idea I had, the attached comb is designed in a way that it cant go through a longer hair at all. Then I have it a go to this panasonic model and honestly, it's incomparable. The ergonomics of both body and combs are great and fits for hair or beard, no hassle. All the attachments have a sturd quality feel with tight engagements, the body finish is amazing not to say washable that is quite useful. It's years ahead of Phillips' cheap plastic attachments that break easily with ordinary handling (what actually happened to me). The blades went through the hair like knife on butter, low noise and very little vibration. The 1 to 2 cm length adjustments are incredibly handy, making it perfect for beard or a haircut, a nice feature in this coronavirus times. It's a bit more expensive but worth every penny, it's almost like having a professional tool if not the same. The cherry pick goes to the body shaver attachment that is simple and effective to quickly get rid of those annoying hair in the body. I have not a single complain about the whole pack, it's 100% satisfaction and expectations exceeded.

Cette tondeuse est parfaite pour la barbe ou les cheveux. Elle dispose d'une bonne autonomie, est plutôt silencieuse et surtout, elle est précise sans arracher les cheveux. En comparaison de mon ancien modèle Philips c'est le jour et la nuit. J'ai beaucoup hésité avec les modèles HDG beaucoup plus chers de la marque (e.g. ER-GP80) en pensant qu'il était nécessaire d'investir. Mais finalement, je me suis résigné à prendre moins cher et je ne suis vraiment pas déçu. Coupe de cheveux rapide sans avoir besoin de se scalper pour avoir une longueur homogène, nettoyage à l'eau puis séchage et huilage. Je tiens environ 1 mois loin de la batterie avec une utilisation bi-hebdo. À noter que la tondeuse ne faiblit pas même lorsque la batterie est faible. Sans le témoin de charge c'est quasi impossible de savoir si elle n'a plus de batterie.

Tres bon rapport qualité prix, je n'est jamais été déçu de la qualité de Panasonic elle tien tres bien la charge même après de multiples utilisation, elle coupe tres bien et est simple a nettoyer ( sous l'eau avec une petite brosse )

Devo partire dal presupposto che ho acquistato questo rasoio insieme al Philips serie 3000 durante promozioni Quindi pagandolo €30 circa come il Philips. Li ho acquistati con la volontà di tenerne solo uno ma questo non è possibile perché il Panasonic è un tagliacapelli prestato alla barba mentre Philips è un tagliabarba che svolge anche funzioni diverse. Il rasoio ha una qualità se confrontata con il prezzo d'offerta quindi circa €30 imparagonabile sotto tutti i punti di vista partendo dalla fattura passando per i dettagli la meccanica l'ingegnere utilizzata le plastiche Insomma è una qualità davvero davvero alta. Ero partito con l'intenzione di elencarvi una serie di particolarità e di pregi che questo rasoio a ma Amazon mi dà la possibilità di fare i Resi senza problemi vi renderete quindi subito conto Appena gli arriverà il pacco e lo aprirete di aver in mano un rasoio che non te nei confronti ma che rimane un capelli che può anche regolare la barba. Sono certo che se bene Credo che il tallone d'Achille sia proprio la plastica dei pettini che essendo di quelle trasparenti o sia gradevoli alla vista hanno la peculiarità di andare incontro ad una obsolescenza prematura se confrontata con le plastiche nere che ad esempio troviamo sul Philips. Forse questo problema quando si spende €30 non è oggettivamente nemmeno comprensibile quindi sostanzialmente la qualità di questo rasoio mi obbliga Ahimé o meglio hai me per le mie tasche a tenerli entrambi arrivando ad un parco macchine sostanzialmente fatto composto di 5 dispositivi perché sapete tutti quanti che tutti i rasoi multifunzioni con più pettini o più attrezzi da innestare arrivano prima o poi ad essere utilizzati ad l'unica migliore funzioni che svolgono o perché Unopiù attrezzi ad innesto si rompono o perché ne subentra un nuovo acquisto a svolgere meglio le altre funzioni Ma questo è un altro discorso. Rimane il fatto che €30 o poco più sono assolutamente spendibili anche se non lo deve utilizzare tutti i giorni perché appunto si hanno altre macchine se avete la possibilità di acquistare questo rasoio intorno ai €30 non fatevi scappare l'occasione perché avrete una macchina che vi taglierà i capelli egregiamente e che riuscirà anche a sopperire in caso di mancanza di attrezzature specifiche al taglio della barba

Vorweg: dies ist KEINE GESPONSERTE Bewertung (diese Unsitte sollte Amazon abstellen). Nach langer Recherche und trotz einiger sehr negativer Bewetungen, habe ich mir den Panasonic Bart-/Haarschneider gekauft. Das Gerät ist nunmehr seit 6 Monaten im Einsatz, ohne jegliche Probleme. Der Bart-/Haarschneider beeindruckte mich erstmal durch die hervorragende und exakte Bartlängen-Einstellung. Desweiteren liegt er sehr gut in der Hand. Die Verarbeitung ist ohne Tadel. Es zeigen sich bis jetzt nicht die geringsten Abnutzungs-Erscheinungen. Die Reinigung des Geräts ist sehr einfach. Dass -bezugnehmend auf negative Bewertungen- der Motor nach kurzer Zeit langsamer laufen soll, kann nur dadurch erklärt werden, dass über Monate der Scherkopf nicht mit dem beigefügten Öl eingefettet wurde. Der Motor des von mir gekauften Geräts läuft leise und kraftvoll. Ich öle den Scherkopf nach ca. 6 Rasuren. Die ebenso gelegentlich monierte Akkulaufzeit kann ich ebenfalls nicht bestätigen. Der Akku hat nach 6 Monaten noch die volle Leistung und hält locker > 10 Rasuren. Als einzigen negativen Punkt könnte man das Verfangen der geschnittenen Haare im Kammaufsatz anführen. Dies hat, jedefalls für mich, den Vorteil, dass die geschnittenen Barthaare nicht so in der Gegend herumfliegen, wie bei meinem alten Gerät. Die eingefangenen Haare können zudem sehr einfach entfernt werden. Damit führt diese Eigenschaft zu keiner Abwertung. Das sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, in Verbindung mit den oben aufgeführten positiven Eigenschaften, führt zu einer eindeutigen 5-Sterne Bewertung. Aus meiner Sicht kann der Bart-/Haarschneider rückhaltlos empfohlen werden.
