I feel like I usually get frustrated trying to get my iPad in and out of the stands.. twisting all of the knobs and levers to get the ipad to sit just right. Not with this one. It's so easy, If you pull on the feet, the stand expands, you put your ipad in, and let go of the little feet and it squeezes the ipad perfectly.We use this in our truck. We cut off the corners of the square mount to fit our diamond base RAM mount. We also got another ball base mount to put in our Roof Top Tent so we can move the Ipad from our vehicle up to our tent. It's so easy and I love this mount so much.

I’m really disappointed with this product. It feels like it should be sturdy and work as intended, but it just does not. I mounted it above my treadmill so I could watch shows on my iPad while walking. It’ll work fine for about a minute after I put my iPad in, but then it starts to sag and tip forward so that my iPad is practically pointing down at the floor. It doesn’t matter how much I tighten things up— I can’t stop the sag. I’ve given up trying to use it. If this doesn’t work for my purposes, I can’t imagine that it would work well in a moving vehicle. I wish I hadn’t missed the return window, because this ended up being a waste of money.

Entgegen der Artikelbeschreibung in der Überschrift (und später auch im Text) passt die Halterung nur wirklich 100% für iPad 4 und iPad Air. Habe ich dann final auch auf der Hersteller Webseite festgestellt.Ich hatte auf Grund der Beschreibung die Halterung für mein Samsung Tablet bestellt und dann etwas blöd geschaut. Es sind nur fixe, auf die iPads abgestimmte, Haltewinkel dabei. Aber zum Glück passt mein Samsung Tablet mit Hülle gerade hinein. Ansonsten hätte ich die Halterung zurückschicken müssen.Auf Grund er irreführenden Beschreibung die Abwertung auf 3 Sterne.Zum Produkt: Ich habe dieses an meinem Sim-Rig fix montiert, hält bombenfest und stabil. Keine lästigen Vibrationen des Tablets in der Halterung. Ich bin mit der Halterung sehr zufrieden, nur passt diese eben eigentlich nur für die vorher genannten iPads. Die Abmessungen der iPads findet man beim Hersteller, da kann man sein Tablet (inkl. Hülle bei Bedarf) vergleichen.Es gibt vom Hersteller auch Produkte für andere Tablets wie ich im Nachhinein herausgefunden habe. Wer eine stabile, aber auch flexibel einstellbare Halterung sucht, ist bei Arkon schon richtig. Am besten im Web nach der passenden Halterung suchen und dann nach der Artikelnummer kaufen.

Wir haben 3 Stück auf unseren Feuerwehrautos verbaut und alle 3 halten unsere Tablets (Samsung Tab Active 2) bombenfest! Selbst bei holprigen Einsatzfahrten wackelt gar nichts. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

Seems sturdy enough, although they are made of plastic. Fits my Samsung Galaxy Tab 8" for viewing Navionics app in boat. 3 different sized sets of jaws for smaller or bigger tablets, all have rubber pad lining. Seems a little pricey, for being plastic, but holds the tablet securely. I used #8 bolts with small washers and nuts mounted to 1/2" plywood.

I purchased this to hold a Samsung tablet and mounted it on the dash of our boat. It works just as I had hoped it would and withstands the bouncing from waves. It arrived on schedule. Happy with purchase.

I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews but I was extremely disappointed with the lack of adjustability with this product. My Android PAD couldn't be secured as I was missing 1/8th of an inch and even with using all the different length attachments I still couldn't get a tight & secured fit. My Pad was within the sizes advertised for the product. If I can suggest anything, do yourself a favor and purchase one that is spring loaded and will securely hold your Pad. I really dislike sending anything back to Amazon although the process was lightning fast and extremely easy.
