You should make your own diet plan and then add this to your list. Bcuz you should know how much you need this. I recommend 2 spoons if your diet plan is below 2000kcal per day. They give you their own asitis spoin for sure. But almost at the depth of packet. It is cheap bcuz it is indian. It is awesome bcuz this brand sends product to military, army and every defence forces. Trusted brand. And it is pure carbs.

It has no flavour at all, that's why its good for those peoples whon can not afford costly supplements. because i think flavours are matters to consume easily. But i can say that this gainer is easily mix up with milk and water which is good.
