This study is so good. I haven’t seen a study on this topic before and this one digs deep into it. The author makes you go to the scripture and seek information instead of giving you answers.I love the Pause to Ponder in each section that either makes you look internally or dig into the scripture.I have completed another study by this author called Hagar and it is also so good. I can’t wait to see what is next.I am thankful to the publisher for an advanced copy. This is my honest opinion.

This is the most in-depth study on the man with a legion of demons. Shadia ties the beginning of the Bible to the end so clearly. I had some ah moments as I read/did this study. Shadia does not disappoint ( like Hagar : Rediscovering the God Who Sees Me | Behind the Seen Series ) for the mere fact that the book is for the reader to delve into the Word of God to find the answers. What I appreciate most about her as an author in general, is she is not using her personal opinion with her hurts, etc. in how to apply the principles/scripture to YOUR life since it worked for THE AUTHOR. For me, I am no longer interested in a personal bible study in learning how someone else did it for themselves. For some reason most people are drawn to this as a viable form of Christianity. Looking to the Word is the answer. Understandably we are getting Shadia's direction for us to grow into a mature relationship with God based on what is uncovered in the dissection of Scripture. Spiritual family please count her books as a blessing and read all in the series BEHIND THE SEEN. This author is unlike most. It is obvious as you use her literary work as a guide. Keep learning about Our God, so your faith is steadfast. This book is another stepping stone for your walk.

I love the way the author gets me to think about the smallest details. I feel like I’m standing there watching it all play out around me. And I’m able to connect with the characters and learn from them.I’m so glad that the man called Legion has been remembered for millennia and is now being lifted up. His life served a purpose. Now his life is touching my life too.Shadia is helping him to leave a personal legacy.

What I love about Shadia Hrichi's writing is the way she brings you into the story. You can feel just what the Bible character is experiencing in a very personal way. It is clear that she delves deeply into her research to create a study that increases the faith of her readers. I was an early reader and read a PDF copy of this study, thanks to Leafwood Publishers. I was not required to leave a review and all opinions are my own.

This book is amazing. Shadia is like a skilled scuba instructor. She takes you slowly into the deep and then brings you back up slowly. Her skilled teaching style allows you to appreciate and retain the knowledge gained of the Bible. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone.
