These are great for the picky eater who only likes dry crunchy things! My cracker, cheerio, chips, etc flavored picky eater doesn't eat any other vegetables at all and will eat these! It's a huge win I feel so good about. The kid doesn't even like any other flavors of Seaweed, it's Teriyaki or bust! I cannot recommend this enough. Omega 3 + iodine its good for you type of thing I bought them for rice and snacking. It helps...heal wounds like diabetics and people who have not strong immune system. Its sea lettuce Not spicy, sweet and crispy and chewy.
