Some reviews have said the epilator heats up during charging but I have not had that issue. To begin with it’s a little uncomfortable but eventually the vibrations from the epilator make the process painless. I’ve had two weeks of zero regrowth so far. It glides over contours of the body without nipping skin. Have not tried it on the face but it does come with an adapter head for the face. Hair removal on the slowest setting was very good. Have not tried the faster setting yet or the razor head.Cleaning is a little bit tricky as hairs can get trapped under the rotating head but not too difficult to clean.In all, a good product and at affordable price. Ideal for anyone wanting to try epilating for the first time and for people who may have a low pain threshold.

Unfortunately I just tried it tonight just a bit on my legs and it took several attempts to remove a few pieces of hair :-/Haven’t tried the shaver but I won’t as I will return it. Very disappointing

The epilator didn’t remove any hair though it did make my skin slightly sore. On the other hand the shaver worked well. Looks nice and compact. Wouldn’t buy if you’re wanting an epilator though.

It works for a very few minutes, before the epilator or blades stucked with hair and stopped...it is not as powerf as it should be to epilate hair. Pay more and get better quality.

Disappointed that it doesn’t charge up so it can be cordless, but it is well worth the price paid

It kind of does the job with longer hairs, but it takes twice the time a normal epilator would take. It does not pick up shorter hairs, so you will have to use the shaving head... which defies the point of using an epilator. It definitely scratches a lot and leaves the skin sore. Not a great product. There are much better options for the same price.

Really like the machine. Smooth on the skin. Good battery life. Plenty of features. Specially price is so reasonable for the quality of product. Even it's design is very nice.

I had to send it back.You have to charge it for a whole day to be able to use it. Than it did not do the job. Very weak.
