Worth the Extra Money
This machine is solid and well put together. It costs a bit more than other machines, but in my opinion worth the extra. The welds are top notch. Just a quality all around piece of equipment. I had looked at quite a few of these. Read the reviews. Saw some videos if people were using them. Short of a commercial quality one you would find in the gym, I think this is the best. The assembly is easy, but it would help if you had an 18mm, 17mm, and 13mm in your socket set. They give ya the tools, but if ya try and use those you'll be tightening the bolts forever. A small step ladder is probably a good idea too for the things ya need to do at the top. Most of the assembly is pretty self explanatory. One thing that did get me was that when you put the upper crossbeam (the orange piece) on, you need to do it at the same time you put the upper posts on. I put the upper posts on first, and had to do it over. Ya need to line it up. Its a bit touchy for one person, but it's doable. Then it says to have the rectangular tab in front. Well, I didn't know what they considered the front of the machine. I came and looked at pics online. It would have been more clear if they said the rectangular tab needed to be towards the side you do dips on, not pull ups.It makes sense after it's put together. The upper crossbar is what holds the backrest on. At the time of assembly though, it was a touch confusing. Now that it's put together, this thing is solid. I've mentioned that before, but it's worth repeating. It weighs about 175 pounds. One of the boxes was 125, and the other 56. Some of that weight is packing material. It's well packaged. It would take a lot for something to damage it in the truck. It's heavy for sure, but that's the reason its more solid than most. Now it's up to me to make the most of this Power Tower. I'm 6 feet, 185 pounds. It will easily handle anything I'll want to do on it. It says for people up to 400 pounds. I can't verify that, but I have a couple of buddies in the 275-280 range and I think they'll be fine on it.

This thing is great, nice and sturdy.
Arrived in damaged packaging but product was perfect. Heavier box was damaged but packed well. I would recommend using sockets to assemble, the included Allen wrench if fine. Hardware is packed nicely. Grab hardware for step 1 put together step 1 etc. If you're mechanically inclined a little should be no prob. A little over 1 hour by myself. 2 people would be helpful. It's solid. I was worried but no need to. I think it's just shy of commercial quality. Commercial would probably make it 250 lb instead of 150 or so. I wouldn't be surprised to see one in a commercial gym.

Built like a tank
Look no further if you want a gym-quality piece of equipment. This thing is heavy-duty and incredibly versatile. I honestly cannot believe it was only 300+tax.

Commercial grade equipment, not for a kids bedroom
If you're looking for a power tower that is commercial-grade quality (something similar to what you'd find in a gym), this is it. This looks similar to a power tower I was interested in elsewhere but for far less. The unit comes in two boxes, both of which are heavy and contained the well-protected parts very well. The individual pieces of the unit are solid and heavy, the quality of each piece was immediately evident. Bolts and nuts, while in furniture-like cutouts, are heavy-duty and contribute to the stability of the system. Even the cushions are well-made and the included tools were useful. I'd recommend getting a rubber mat if installing this in a kids room (which I did), it's far larger and takes up more space than a normal power tower would. The handles for the dips and ab exercises are thicker and not hooked but straight. The variable grips on the chinups are well-designed and can hold me up without tilting even if I hang from one side (I'm not quite 6', 200lbs). I haven't tried swinging because of the position of it in the corner, but I'd doubt it'd move. No regrets here except for where I've left it (It's still in my the kids room, but he loves it). Going to have to disasemble it to move it, an eight-foot basement is not high enough to do full chinups with, but I can certainly hang from the chin up bar with no issues.

Worth the money!
Sturdy piece of equipment. Does not wobble. Easy to put together but would recommend using 2 people. Higher price point but well worth it.

Great Tower! Solid & Easy to Follow Instructions
I want to build up my core and upper body. I was a bit worried about the seller--but the item arrived (in two boxes one a day after the other) All the items were in the box. Including the tools to put it together. I did the build. All I needed to buy was Silicon Spray. It is Rock Solid!!!! No wobble. I am 150 lbs and only 5 feet 3.5 inches there are arm adjustments that can be made to accommodate taller or shorter athletes! I would highly recommend it!
