Can’t tell the difference
So with this, great source of protein to meet macros, taste just like kraft, we’ve replaced out quick Mac packs with these, highly recommended!

Serviceable macaroni
The taste is spot-on. As with any high-protein food, it'll make you have to urinate frequently for a few days, and the texture isn't perfect, but for a quarter of a dollar at the local discount store, I really can't complain. Very shelf-stable.

Zero flavor
Don't do it. Great concept but poor execution. This lacks flavor. For as much as you are spending on this, not worth it. You'll need to add more seasoning and real cheese to make it tolerable, which defeats the purpose of the "healthy. "

Tastes Like Crap, Not that Much Protein
Tastes completely off compare to regular mac n cheese, even the crappy store brand stuff I buy. And it doesn’t have that much more protein than it anyway. Way more expensive too. I’m sticking to regular mac and choking down a protein shake

Chalky Mac and cheese
Yea it’s a bit chalky especially when it’s cooling down it’s very noticeable. If kept hot it tastes ok. Not bad for high protein. Not great.

Honest Review
I had purchased this product and wanted to compare it to the Goodles Cheddy Mac brand. Honestly they cannot be compared, they are each good. The cheese flavor is very subtle in this one, whereas the Goodles is cheesier and probably closer in taste to the Kraft brand. I love the cleaner ingredients in Muscle Mac like the non-GMO noodles and real cheese, and I love the 20g of protein. The Goodles is a little less, with 14g of protein. Overall, coming from someone who loves comfort food and the original Kraft brand, I would definitely buy this again.
