4k 60hz signal in 2 exact signals out, everything as described. Great if you want Virgin Media, Sky or any other cable provider etc... On two different TV's, Projectors or Monitor's at the same time, though you have to understand that what you chose to watch on said cable provider is what you'll see on each screen, you can't view Sky sports on one screen and Sky Cinema on the other. This device works with all video games consoles alike new and old so long as they have hdmi or you have the ability to convert them to hdmi. The product isn't very big at all, can be hidden out of sight very easily. The device needs power to work correctly so you will need to have a spare usb to mains plug available for the country in which you live if you plan to plug it to the mains (only the usb power cable comes with device). However I plugged my usb power cable into the back of my Virgin Media V6 TV box and that work brilliantly.

We do a bit of YouTube and Twitch streaming and thought it would be fun to incorporate some PlayStation 2 games into the mix. Since we have a bunch of retro consoles under our main TV, we did not want to move the PS2 so that it was closer to the streaming PC, nor did we want to use an emulator on the PC. I bought a 15m HDMI cable from here on Amazon, and this well-reviewed splitter which appears to have an amplifier within it to boost the signal. It works perfectly - the PS2's scart lead goes into a Scart-to-HDMI converter. The HDMI from that goes into an HMDMI switch (along with the XBOX 360 and Wii U HDMI outputs). This HDMI splitter is attached to the output from this HDMI switch. One signal from the splitter goes to the TV. The other goes down the 15m HDMI lead to the capture card on the PC. And its brilliant - no noticeable drop in image quality or lag, and perfect in sync audio. We are controlling the PS2 using a wireless Xbox One controller and an 8BitDo receiver for the PS2, also from here on Amazon.

Does what it’s meant to, and quite nicely assembled. But It would have been helpful to state more clearly that external power via USB will always be necessary…

Works great, I have connected it to my Virgin box and splits the signal to 2 separate screens perfectly.

Lasted less than a year. Only used it a couple of times and now it no longer works.

On setup it worked perfectly which was great. We have one output set at 4K and the other set at just 1080p and all was good - quality was excellent. Later on started to get issues where it seems to refresh every so often causing the screen to blink or go black momentarily (at least every hour but sometimes much more regularly). Then a few days later the sound was getting terribly distorted too and this was lasting for around 10 seconds at a time. When the adapter is removed there are no issues with visual or audio performance. I’ll be returning these as it makes watching TV too frustrating! …hopefully it’s just this adapter and a replacement will be more stable.

so i will be quick. It's a splitter and if you connect 2 monitors to it you will get 2 same images on both monitors. i sound stupid and it is but i thought i can have 2 independent monitors connected to the same hdmi port so : Make a research before buying instead of doing dumb things like me 🤣🤣

My wish was to connect my LG OLED CX 4K HDR 120Hz tv to my computer in mirrored mode. My PC monitor is 1080P HDR 100Hz. Windows can't mirrored screen with keeping the HDR. So this solution wasn't working for me cuz I really want to keep HDR. With this HDMI splitter I now can feed my TV with 1080P HDR at 100hz so I'm super happy. Works beautifully. It didn't works first I had to put it in copy with monitor in output 1 first.
