This product does help a lot which make the henna last longer and doesn’t wash out as fast compared to using your regular products. Leave the hair nice and soft

I often torture my hair, going from black to platinum blonde. Immediately after coloring I use the shampoo and conditioner, and only wash every other day. I use the henna black for touch ups. This product does not lather, nor should anyone expect it to. The point is to remove stripping chemicals and allow the natural oils to do their job.. naturally. Harsh shampoos lather, and typically remove most of the natural oils in one's hair, which causes most people to feel the need to apply heavy conditioners or masks. I do love this product, my only ask is that it is offered in a larger bottle, possibly with a pump.

I used this product and the leave-in conditioner in conjunction with my henna-dyed hair. Now I've restored my hair to its original natural white-blonde color at the salon. Question: Can I safely continue to use the Surya shampoo and conditioner without ADDING color to my hair? Will it affect the current white-blonde in way? Thanks! These are the best hair products I ever used and I would like to continue using them.

I like the smell of it and really helps to maintain the color and shine of my hair. The only one thing I didn’t like is dry my hair, so I can’t use it regularly.

I like Surya Brasil products. I've colored my hair with the Surya hennas several times, always with good results. So I started using the Surya Color Fixation Restorative Shampoo and Conditioner to go along with their hair-color henna products. I used the shampoo/conditioner regularly for a couple of years because I really like that they are paraben-free and as chemical-free as possible. But after months of use, a few persistent problems became apparent to me: 1) The shampoo doesn't lather (at all), so I was always using a lot of the product in order to get my hair feeling as if I'd washed it; 2) I was buying more of this shampoo than I would other shampoos because it takes a lot of this shampoo for my hair to feel like it's been cleaned; 3) The shampoo is pricey to start with but when you have to keep buying more of it, it gets even pricier; 4) The product at first left my hair feeling soft and shiny and healthy -- and this lasted for awhile -- but after consistent daily use for several months my hair started feeling heavy and greasy after use, and nothing made it better, including using less shampoo for washing or using the conditioner afterward or blowing it dry; 5) I started dreading having to "deal" with this shampoo's effects on my hair; 6) After months of using this shampoo my hair started to feel like straw. I stopped using this paraben-free product and I am now back to using "normal" shampoos until I can figure out another paraben-free shampoo to try. In general this product worked great for me for months, but then it didn't. I recommend it for a once-in-awhile cleaning to get hair really shiny (especially after coloring with their henna products), but I definitely do NOT recommend it for daily use.

I have been using this shampoo along with its conditioner and hair mask for over a year. As many other users commented the shampoo does not foam up very well. I usually apply this shampoo a little more than other brands, and add more water to the hair to get the foam going. One up side of this shampoo is that it does not make my hair fall as much after the wash. My hair feels very soft after rinse.

This took 1 month to arrive and was opened and leaked in the box I do not think this is real product do not buy.

Cleans hair thoroughly - my scalp felt very clean after washing. My grey hair appeared less pronounced and seemed more voluminous after use. I am going to keep this on my haircare routine for sure.

This is a brilliant shampoo for me but at the moment just cannot get hold of it. I have it on order with two Amazon suppliers and both have not delivered it yet. Been using it for 3-4 years and love it, it really makes my hair in lovely condition and all hairdressers ask me what I use but suddenly the supply has dried up. I am hoping it will arrive soon.

I have ordered this expensive shampoo because I colour my hair with the same brand and thought this shampoo is as good as the hair dye. This shampoo does not foam at all and my hair feels hard after rinsing. So I would not buy this shampoo again, its far too expensive for the poor performance.
