Easy on the tummy
These are the only iron supplements that I've been able to find that haven't made my tummy sick. I've been taking them for the past two years. I would recommend them.

Small capsule and easy on the stomach.
This is the one that my doctor recommended because it's easy on the stomach. There is no taste to these easy to swallow capsules which I like. I will soon have a follow up ferritin test to determine how affective taking these were. I always take these with strawberries or mandarins to make them more absorbable. I will update my review when I receive my test results.Update: these worked. Ferritine levels up to where my doctor wanted them.

Highly absorbable especially when taken with vit C. Doctor recommeded it to me and I love it. Blood tests show my levels came up and I have no digestion issues from it.. big change!
