I have really enjoyed using my weighted vest. It fits people of various sizes with easily adjustable straps. My sons and I use this regularly and like how easily it is to put on and take off. Another great feature is the cell phone holder, which allows me to have access to my phone and keys on walks outdoors. I will purchase this item again when I need a heavier vest.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I met a woman that was out walking and I asked her about the weighted vest she was wearing, she spoke highly of this brand. I do quite a bit of walking; however, I’ve been advised to do more weight bearing exercise, so I chose this route in addition to my dumbbell workouts and newly added ankle weights. I am surprisingly impressed with the comfort of the vest. I bought the 12lb vest; it was very heavy lifting it out of the box, but once I put it on I was surprised with the comfort and it is deceivingly light! I did sweat and I did have to walk less distance, but I will get stronger. I am liking it and it comes with a separate cell phone/key pouch that attaches via Velcro.

Both my son and I have used this vest several times and so far it has been great. The way it is designed is easy to put on and we love the phone holder! Weight distribution is good and it is comfortable. Definitely a good value for the price!

I love this vest! I got it about one week ago and wear it when I work out at home and go on the walking pad. It gets your heart rate up and makes me sweat! There was no smell to it. It feels comfortable and stays put.

It works amazing! I use it at least 2-3 times a day for when I'm out walking daily. It's well built and it looks nice. I recommend it. Been using it for about a week and a half now.

If you're athletic and already in great shape, skip this review. If you are a beginner or Senior wanting to lose weight and/or increase endurance, read on. I'm a 68 year old senior. In fairly good shape and walk/jog 4-6 miles five days per week. As I increased my endurance I started pushing myself harder with faster and longer walk/runs but always lead to an injury due to over stressing. Post recovery sets me back weeks or months and I would have to start all over again. I finally decided to try a weighted vest and this has changed me. The additional weight allows me to mindfully maintain a steady pace while increasing muscle and joint stability. On the days I want to push myself, I will find steep hills to walk up using the vest and that brings me back to reality. If you've read this far, then I will say this is a five star review. If you want to try a vest and you've never had one, the recommendation they provide - your weight and recommended weighted vest, I would actually try one step lighter. The recommendation for me was 16 lb. however I opted for 12 lb.. What they don't tell you is that your shoulders may experience some discomfort the next day due to not ever having to support the additional weight of the vest however after a few weeks it gets better. About the fit - this vest fits really well. I can even run with it with hardly any movement and it's easily adjustable because it stretches at the right places. The vest comes with two neoprene shoulder pads for additional comfort and I highly recommend you use them immediately. This is really a five star product review and I'm sorry for the mislead but hardly anyone reads the 5 star reviews, only the bad ones but if you're thinking about trying one do it because it works.
