I conduct tasting events for adult beverages at stores and restaurants. In the past, I simply poured 1/2 oz. shots one at a time. This device lets me pre-pour multiple shots in advance of customers coming to my table. This helps manage delays when many people approach the table at the same time--all the shots staye ice cold. The only negative is the ice pad does not get really cold which sort of defeats the entire purpose. I simply used gel packs that comes with food and medicine packages shipped. They stay frozen for 12 hours minimum.
