Works very well for any sort of pain. Do be careful as it gets EXTREMELY hot on the skin after a while so I don’t recommend trying to sleep with it. It can leave some marks when you take it off but for me it’s worth it for the pain relief

These patches are great on three counts not only ease aches and pains but help keep you warm should you as I do work in a cold environment. They Re also bigger than some Ive had previously. They keep on working for 2 or 13 days even when you've soaked in the bath. Excellent inexpensive treatment and value for money.
