The tracker is extremely accurate, the website user friendly. More than expected for such a low price. I didn't expect the subscription to be quite as much, but there are several payment options and in hindsight, this is a really good alternative to more expensive mainstream trackers. Comes with various attachment methods. I chose the magnet which is pretty strong. Battery charge could be better, so chose to use the battery saver that helps a bit. It shuts down then reactivates upon sensing movement. The notifications or updates are great, and come via the App and by e-mail. So far, great buy.

I was in search of a unit I could hide on the bike and not connect directly to the battery (theft & battery drainage). The size and quality of the Tracki unit looks great and will be easy to hide on the bike. Have also purchased the waterproof magnetic case/extended battery, which is sizeable, and with a strong magnet embedded into the case. Unit came partly charged and full charge only took a few hours. App download and set up is really quite straight forward, quick and seemingly with great options re functionality and the annual subscription (£4.50 p/mth- 2yr option). The app showed the location of the bike in garage immediately and within a meter or two. I have, as yet, to take the bike & Tracki for a ride out as we are two weeks from Christmas with some tricky icy road conditions, so will endeavour to write a second review once properly tested.A rare and pleasant surprised was the phone call from Tracki re after sales support (within 36hrs of paying for the subscription) checking that all was in order with my new device and to register the lifetime warranty. Any issues in the future and I should not hesitate to call. Really rare service for what seems to be a well made unit that is inexpensive. I hope my second review will be as positive. The tracker is a forced subscription service. Aswell as the subscription being expensive when I tried to attempt to subscribe with my PayPal it said "merchant not accepting PayPal purchases at this time. "Or something like that at least. It was worrisome as the app didn't look very trust worthy and it was in the wrong currency and I don't see why I would need to input my credit card details instead of using PayPal. If you are willing to subscribe be careful.Update: 6th June 2024.They somehow got my private number and attempted to call me and message me before I blocked them. Heavy breach of privacy.

I am really impressed with this tracker so far. It was so easy to set up with a sturdy app. The different accessories (belt clip, silicon case with lanyard, magnet) are really great.The tracker has been quite reliable in wooded and rural areas (UK). I would recommend buying a longer-lasting battery as the battery life for the standard battery is quite short. The longer life battery is about the same price as the unit itself but that is still good value for money.You do need a subscription but you can get monthly which is reasonable, as well as longer plans.

This device is very well made. Very responsive and the app set-up is easy and straight forward!Ive looked around a lot of places/websites for a decent tracker for my sons new bike. In the last week.The good reviews caught my eye and at that price i wasn't afraid to give it a try.Unboxed the device and was shocked with the good quality all the extras are very well thought of.Well done team!Would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality tracker that needs to be small and compact.

Useful product, App is simple and shows exactly where the device is. Tracked child well all over UK and France. Charges quickly enough and is easy to monitor the battery life, alerts when running low. Clip and water proof cover helpful for keeping it safe and attached.Tracki also has some helpful customer service. Had some difficulties with initially setting it up, called the number and even on a Sunday got a quick and helpful response. Same when sorting a new subscription out, chat function staff helpful and friendly.

You can only use this tracker if you plan on tracking for less than a day (around 8 hours). The battery is tiny and doesn’t last longer, which is incredibly frustrating. This is especially annoying given their subscription fees, which are among the most expensive for similar devices.Considering the short battery life, this tracker is absolutely useless as a safety device for kids, especially for those in school. You simply can’t rely on it for extended periods. It’s also worth mentioning that the device has an old-fashioned micro USB port, making it feel outdated.The Android app is another letdown - it lacks modern design elements, doesn't have unified Android functionality, and looks quite outdated.To top it all off, the SMS feature, which is promised in various parts of the product specs, original listing, and other places, does not work in the UK. And yes, they know about this issue!Would I recommend it?No, definitely not! Save your money and look elsewhere.--------UPD 27/07/2025I was quite surprised by the level of customer support! It's the first time I've seen a manufacturer take such a serious and genuine interest in the details of my user experience. We've agreed to give the device a second chance, considering my specific usage needs and the technical capabilities of the tracker.We're heading to Turkey soon, and there won't be a need for long battery life - we'll be staying at a very large hotel, so tracking for a few hours will be sufficient. Given the company's attention to customers and genuine desire to improve their products, I'm willing to continue exploring effective ways to use the tracker for our specific situations and see if we can find matching use cases.
