Kind of disappointing
There really wasn't as much content as I had hoped on here, a couple exercises, a couple progressions of each and that was about it. I tried adding them into some of my Kettlebell classes and my students weren't real impressed with any of them either.After a couple weeks, it just became another DVD on the shelf. I'd forgotten about it until Amazon asked me to review it.I think there could have been a lot more added to this DVD to make it better. 2 out of 5 rating reflects the effort I felt was put into the DVD. It could have been a 5 if they would have put more into it.
