Its great for both body and face. Maybe a bit light for after a workout sweats, but lathering a second time helps. For hair, not even double washing did a good job. So body and face yes... for hair... nope. Maybe for a light wash like right out of the pool to get chlorine out, but not as a regular shampoo. Its too light for that. Scent wise it is nice. Not too strong and not too light. It may be too strong for some, but its about right for me. I like how I can almost wash it all with one bottle and not worry about changing bottles, steps and procedures for each washing product. So for light duty one is all you need. But for harder jobs, this may not do so well.
