Skin Savior!
I got this for my child with eczema. She had what seemed to be a case of heat rash as well as a diaper area rash that just wouldn't go away with standard Aveeno and other baby marketed soaps.I can say that this duo absolutely turned her skin around within about a week. In a week the rash was calmed and she no longer itches or scratched which was a huge relief as every parent knows it's the discomfort that is the biggest hurdle for kids. Once her skin calmed down maybe about another week I noticed that the inflamed areas where there were scars & patches were now smooth and flat, and lightening in color. At this point I'm hooked and set up the Amazon subscription.Today the spots are completely gone, patches disappeared almost as if there was never a rash.I admit that these are pricey in comparison to other drugstore brands that are well known, but with these results I know I'll keep this as a staple in my child's bath routine.I plan to use it 1 - 2 times a week as maintenance for her skin, and supplement with less expensive Aveeno options we used previously but whip this out if any other rashes or inflammation pop up. Since it's only these 2 brands if anything occurs again I'll know to just stay full force with Medela forever!Absolutely highly recommend! The gel wash is an oil gel that feels so nourishing in my hands and on the skin. You can feel the moisture coming back into your skin and i noticed immediately that dry patches on my child were beginning to become plump and moisturized looking after first wash. A little goes a long way with the wash so about 2 or 3 pumps can get the job done from head to toe. It's a nice lather so if you have a bubble fan they'll have some fun while you scrub! The lotion is in smaller packaging so I feel it's even more overpriced but again the results speak volumes on the quality for the pricing. The lotion is also super nourishing while not being heavy. It's not sticky or filmy on her skin and has a slight smell that i don't find unpleasant but I wouldn't call it unscented , it's definitely a smell to it but it's not an unnatural perfume or anything, but also not a gross medicinal smell if that makes sense.I use more of the lotion head to toe so it's running through faster than the soap so I had to buy an additional lotion outside of the set so as not to run out and miss days with it. The following morning (we do night baths) her skin is still moisturized and has a slight shine to it, like baby glass skin without the wet mirrored look, more like a dewy plump lit from within look which is amazing coming from flaky with little patches of dry skin. Sorry no before and afters!Note : this set is the gel wash & lotion, but i also purchased the cream wash separately and used that as a "double cleanse" for her skin followed by the lotion. Using all 3 steps got my result but using the 2 in this set alone may also create similar results.

Better than other popular name brands on the market
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Wow. I was very skeptical of this product only because I never heard of the brand before (lol), but this is a million times better than I expected. My daughter is 5 months old and with the first bath, I immediately noticed a difference in her patches (less red, not flaky) and the rest of her skin was sooooo baby soft once again. The results lasted into the next day and next bath. Also, not super-oily, rinsed very well, and extremely happy there is no scent. Lastly, this size bottle will last SO long for the price, so that's a nice perk.

The best solution for atopic skin
Baby had on/off rashes and patches of atopic skin. I was reluctant to administer corticoids because I wanted to eliminate the root cause. I have to say, the combination of this oil gel and jojoba oil before bedtime got baby skin under control. Non scented which is a must for ease on skin. Lathers very well comparing to other brands (like bioderma) and the pump design makes it easy to dose while bathing the baby. It is much more expensive in the US than in Europe, so I tend to stock up when I travel. Worth every penny!

IT WORKS !
I’ve already bought two replacements! POV: our 3yo son has severe allergies that cause his eczema to flair up-which eats at his skin so we bath him with this & add Dr. Teal’s oatmeal and cucumber fam bath to him water nightly and use the moisturizer as well. Skin looks sooo much better than before and he hasnt been itchy or broke his skin since we started using it! There’s no scent and the soap isn’t that thick, but it definitely helps with eczema skin in toddlers! It’s the first thing that’s actually worked! We love it !

Works well but overpriced
This helped my baby’s eczema a lot, but it’s so expensive I couldn’t afford to buy a second bottle. I switched to cerave baby wash and it’s working fine- just have to be sure to lotion him up right out of the bath.

First wash that helped baby’s eczema!
Our seven month old has very sensitive skin and eczema patches head to toe, and this is the first baby body wash/shampoo that has shown an improvement in her skin! It does not feel greasy even though it’s a cleansing oil, and her fine hair came out really fluffy and soft. Baths used to irritate her skin and make the eczema flair up, but her skin looked great after using this mustela. Still some patches, but an improvement. She has also gotten infections in her chubby baby rolls in the past so I was worried about an oil cleanser, but there was no issue. We’ve tried eucerin, aquaphor, aveeno, cerave, and tubby Todd baby body washes, and I would only recommend this mustela one for eczema.

Very moisturizing
Bought this for my daughter she has mild to severe eczema. Mostly perfume reactive. This is a non scented soap technically but in turn makes it smells like "sterile hospital". If that makes sense. I don't have a problem with thay because it doesn't linger on your body you just smell it as it's used. At least for my daughter. She likes that it's a light moisture and not a thick slimy one like if you put cortisone creme on. Definitely not something like cortisone effect but more like helps combat break outs by keeping the skin healthy and moisturized. Which is hard to do during the summer with showers, pools/chlorine, dry summer heat, and sweat. This goes well with sun blocker as well. Most people who have dealt with excema just accept that nothing we use will smell fragrant or nice so I don't mind her smelling sanitized. Because I do put light scented body spray on her scrunchies and thick clothes items like thick cotton shirts. It's never given her a break out so we're fine with that. I also have tried it for myself even though I do t have excema and I found I like it for my legs and feet which get super dry. It feels really nice on the skin especially after you shave. Makes skin super soft for me and my daughter. One bottle lasted from March 27 till now. We just ordered a second bottle. We used very liberally as well. So it's a great value in the long run.
