Does it's basic job well enough?...but be realistic in your expectations.
The first thing you notice when you connect this and turn it on, is you can BARELY understand what it's saying ! :( This is the worst implementation of spoken-word user-feedback I've EVER heard....if there's such thing as "Chinese English," this is it ! No matter how hard I tried to keep thinking "Isn't that cute," it becomes really irritating to keep saying to yourself "WTF did she just say?!" (it's a female voice) as you click through modes, etc. WHY are the Chinese SO cheap they can't bother to pay someone to record a few well-spoken English words ONE TIME before manufacturing something !?? This alone, being the first thing the user notices, gives the impression of cheap, not-ready-for-prime-time....Once I got past that frustration, I started testing connection capabilities and sound quality. As with ANY sound bar, if you want it to vary volume with your TV, you MUST use the AUX input, and the "Headphone" output of your TV. Usually ANY digital input from ANY TV...Coax or Optical, is set at one non-varying level and does not change with TV volume from your TV remote, so you must use the soundbar remote for TV volume when using any digital input. I used the AUX input so I could use my Comcast remote for TV volume, which worked fine.....and did test the digital "Coax" input...it works fine, just doesn't vary volume from your TV remote. As for "HD Bass," don't believe their hype, or any other company's. It's a matter of unavoidable Physics, you want bass, you need bigger speakers...bass is ALWAYS proportional to speaker driver size. These are two 1 3/4" "full range" drivers on each side...(see previous point about "Physics")...you're NOT getting significant bass out of 1 3/4" speakers. But I was ONLY trying to improve on the thin, tinny sound quality of the built-in speakers of a spare 32" TV...and this it does well enough to probably keep it....sound quality of the TV through this soundbar is definitely better, fuller...but don't expect the "Shocking" improvement in the product description, be realistic. They don't make much of a point in the product description of the fact there's a rechargable lithium battery inside...this is intended to give the speaker a multi-purpose design, TV sound bar, or portable, on-the-go speaker for your phone, tablet, etc. at the beach, camping, etc. which is a clever idea. The only down-side is they don't include a power supply for home TV use, like other sound bars.. they expect you to use whatever charging source you use for your phone or tablet, and the USB charge cable they include is only 1 meter, so you'll probably have to run power up behind your TV to keep this plugged in and charging as a soundbar...1 meter does not reach far.The manual is wrong in claiming the charge light will blink while charging, then go out...it stays lit when charged. There is a claimed "EQ" function (EQualization) that is supposed to vary bass, mids, and highs...or "treble," by 6 different EQ presets, 1. Ordinary Music, 2.Rock, 3.Pop, 4.Classical, 5. Jazz, and 6. Country...but mine has NO audible change in EQ settings as you push the "EQ" button on the remote. Did they forget to program that function inside ? There's a micro-note (you'll need a magnifying glass to read the "manual"!) that says some features and buttons don't work in AUX and COAX mode...maybe that includes EQ ??Another micro-note..."Power On/Off on remote only soft-switches..soundbar..." it's not really "off."Last, and maybe least, is the surprise built-in FM radio. Scanning is a little irritating...it goes by so fast that you can't hear the station well, or tell it to stop on a station. They don't adequately talk about it in the manual, but I think it's not just scanning, it's programming received stations...then you switch forward and back through programmed stations with the "Next Song/Previous Song" buttons on the remote. Reception is surprisingly good, especially considering they're using the 3.5mm AUX and USB Charging cables as antennas.I didn't test the "TF" function, audio-file playback from memory cards...or it's Bluetooth function, sorry...just needed a wired TV soundbar.So...it did the basic sound improvement I wanted, very basically. If I can find something on Amazon that's no bigger than 28" wide, to fit a dresser, with better/bigger speakers, I'll probably return this. If I can't find something in those size-limits, or switch to "2.1 Computer Speakers," this is good enough,...I'll eventually get proficient in Chinese English !

OK so far
It nice, easy to setup. .. only disadvantage is that the remote doesn't seem connect properly or there is a delay in the input. The volume control between the device & the sound bar is also a little difficult to control

Missing items
So my speaker came late. It was already opened and it’s missing the chord and the remote. What kind of scam is this!?
