For a disposable plate it's pretty substantial, much better than paper. Can be washed and reused - making them cost effective too. We used for a bbq cutting steak on and was great - cant do that with paper! Also if not greasy can be recycled in garden waste, bonus

I recently tried the FOOGO 25-piece disposable palm leaf plates set, and overall I'm pleased with what I got. The bamboo/palm leaf material feels solid and looks quite elegant - much nicer than your typical flimsy paper plates. The pudding plates included are especially nice: good size, nice texture, and they look quite tasteful on the table. In terms of function, it does its job - holds food, doesn't leak, and is sturdy enough for everyday use (or for parties). Would recommend if you're after an eco-friendly alternative to regular disposable plates without losing too much quality.

Love these plates. They look great for a party unlike most paper plates. They are durable and a great size. It’s an added bonus that they are eco friendly.

These are fairly sturdy for hot food, but they do get moist if using anything with a sauce or gravy so doubt they would be reusable which was fine as wasn’t intending to re-use them. But had to throw at least a third in bin as they were badly marked, one resembling dried in blood. I realise they are a natural product so possibly prone to discolouration but the marks were very off putting and I couldn’t give them to people to use. Update: 05/02/2024. Received an email from the company who reached out to kindly apologise for issues that I had, they offered me a refund which I appreciate. I hadn’t contacted them so it was a surprise that they did this. I am impressed that they took the time to do this of their own accord and like their approach to business and customer relations. I am happy to recommend them as a company to buy from. Looking at other reviews before updating mine I can see other customers are happy with their plates so think I have received a faulty batch and because of their good customer service would be confident to buy again.

Bought this product a few times now, very pleased with the quality, lot better than using paper plates.

Really great disposable option much sturdier than paper and could be used a few times.

I had ordered these to use as Christmas Day plates to reduce washing up, but they were a bit rough so we have changed our minds and will just use them as party plates

The biggest problem with these was my idiot guests. Despite having large compost here signs, they kept throwing them in the trash. Also, they put glass bottles in with the compostable. I guess I just have illiterate friends. The plates themselves were fine. A few had sort of dark veins in them from the leaves but no one cared. They were strong. We had ribs, spaghetti with meatballs and sauce and then had ice cream cake. The plates were great. Someone even washed a bunch of them. They seem fine.
