Won't Spread Fine Fertilizer
First let me say if you're using a course fertilizer this works great. If you're using a product like Scotts Starter Fertilizer this spreader is worthless. I couldn't have been more disappointed when I attempted to spread the Scotts Starter fertilizer. The description below on the Amazon site couldn't be more wrong or misleading. It bridged so badly that no shaking or bouncing would help. Given the price of this spreader I feel I've been taken by false advertisement."An innovative hopper design virtually eliminates bridging, allowing material to flow to empty with no shaking or bouncing required."
