Wonderful low carb and gluten free pasta! So much better than zoodles (which my toddler refuses to eat) There’s def a slight smell when you first open the packet but draining the water and adding seasoning or salt takes care of it (which you’d prob do for flavor anyway) here in this pic is stir fried it with just soy sauce and Worcester sauce

Product is fully cooked, packed hermetically in pouches. Tastes delicious! I'd say that one pouch is good for one portion. But I love that it's made of hearts of palms, not wheat. The lasagna sheets are smaller than what is know of wheat lasagna sheets but that doesn't matter in consumption. It's delightful when warmed up with tomato sauce, herbs, spices, and Locatelli Romano or Parmesan cheese! Worth trying it out! Great alternative for those with gluten sensitivity or allergy. I highly recommend!

For those of us who can't or choose not to consume regular pasta, once your brain gets past the expectation of pasta, this is a great substitute, especially the lasagne noodles. I will say, the next day the lasagne was better than the day it was prepared as it gave the noodles more time to "dry" as they were far less slippery in the dish the next day. The flavor is subtle and will take on what you are cooking, so as long as you have realistic expectations that this is only a substitute for pasta and not supposed to taste like the "real thing" I'd recommend.

It is tasty but because one had butter and it wasn't advertised so therefore I had to give it away. I paid for 6 and could only eat 5. Its a no refund purchase. I contacted the company and because its purchased thru Amazon they couldnt help.

This sounded too good to be true and it was. I have tried most of the real pasta substitutes and there aren’t any. I really wanted to like this one. It tastes like a canned product. The next try I will rinse the pasta well. It is not cheap and a packet is enough for one. This product is easy to use and I am a big fan of hearts of palm so I’m going to try fixing it a couple of different ways…it’s just not pasta. I’m thinking it should be a side dish like a vegetable.

So far I've only made the spaghetti. I cooked my meat sauce and at the end of the cooking cycle, I added the "pasta." I did rinse the noodles in tepid water and let them air dry while I cooked the meat. I was afraid they would water down my sauce. Anyway, I really liked it. But don't expect it to be the normal pasta you're used to. It didn't have a strong flavor. But it did have similar texture and "bite" like spaghetti does. Not sure how the lasagna noodles will do though since their very different in size.

Excellent product if you are in a low carb diet, the taste is very close to real pasta. I had a lowcarb "Alfredo" sauce and added to the spaghetti and warm them on the top burner (medium low) and ready to serve. If you are looking for a low carb pasta alternative, you will not go wrong with this product.

Hands down, this is yummy. As a staple us my husband and I'm diet, we are keto. This is a perfect amount to split for a meal. Quantities are small, but you don't want too much due to the carb value. But this works for keto to be split for two people or just meals. Noodles taste amazing. Zero funky smell and they don't actually have any crunch. Just feels like a different style of noodles. Perfect addition to a low carb or keto diet!
