Upon arrival of this scale I noticed a rattling sound inside. I removed the small plastic access plug on the side of the case and found a hex head machine screw and a nut, loose inside. This probably accounts for why the scale would not read the same weight two times in a row.On top of that, the instructions are typical Chinese that has been poorly translated into English. The basic operation instructions are buried deep within mountains of needless technical explanations. These advanced instructions should have been separated into a "preferences" section.All in all it is the typical quality that we have come to expect from items "Made in China".

Great, but needs better directions for setup. A graphic would be extremely welcome.
