Great fun, one play game so give yourself a day to play it with family.

This is a great little mystery that unfolds as you answer the clues to try to get Scooby and the gang through another mystery. It is very cleverly written, and you can use each member of the team to investigate each clue, and will learn different things by looking up the number in the guide book. Can be a little complicated if you want something easy going, but my 11 year old son loved this and sat playing it for about 4 hours until he had completed it.The map slowly grows as you discover more secrets and you collect evidence and tools to help you proceed as you go along.Only thing you need to really know is that it is basically a play once game. Once you know the mystery, have opened the envelops, etc., then replay value is minimal. But this is a feature with this style of games - an escape room boardgame, so not really a downside, but worth noting as would be a nasty surprise if you were not aware!

Great product as described

Great fun game to play as a family. Although we couldn't work out the maze puzzle. Played over a couple days, fits on a coffee table, lots of observation, deduction and memory elements that any age can do. Can only be played once as you know the answers but can be passed on for someone else to play or recycled as all cardboard. If you like escape rooms and want something for the kids to join in with this is ideal.

Bought this so our 12 year old could do an at home escape room style gameIt was so much better than we expectedChallenging but not too hard, took us about 3 hours in total

As a regular escape room visitor I was excited to get this game. It looks lovely and is good quality. It could and should have been so much fun but the unnecessarily confusing game play had no real focus and so we were left stuck numerous times. Either we didn't have the cards in play that we needed despite following a fairly logical path. We were also told to discard cards that we needed later on. There is too much uncertainty and if you make any mistakes or feel you need to go back to look at something else good luck trying to figure out how to do it. Towards the end I had given up caring as we didn't feel like we had enough clues to determine the solution. Such a shame.
