Travel Adapter
I am going to Spain and Italy this fall. I got this for my trip. I am excited that I will have this to be able to charge my phone and extra batteries. I will be able to use my hair dryer too. It has its own bag to make it easy to pack.

Neither the 3 prong or 2 prong plugs worked
This product left me stranded overseas. As other reviewers mentioned, the 3 prong unconverted plug did not work at all. The 2 prong plug flickered the power on and off. A curling iron light would come on, but not get hot. The USB ports worked but it took 6 hours to charge a phone that normally charges in a hour. What is worse is that Amazon would not ship a replacement to me overseas since it was a different address than where the original one was sent. This cost me anothwr $54 to go buy a curling iron overseas with the correct plug. I could. Do NOT recommend.

It worked, but...
Worked ok for USB and items that were already rated for dual-voltage. But fried a hair-straightener when we tried it. We used the middle 2-prong plug as instructions said, but the straightener fried. Not sure if it was a wattage issue or defect. We didn't use the 2-prong outlet for the rest of the trip (UK / Ireland), but the rest of it worked just fine for USB and dual-voltage rated devices. Time to go get another hair-straightener I guess...

Not very durable but did the work
My husband and I went to Argentina for 2 weeks. The power there is 220 so we bought this converter. It only worked for charging our cellphones, nothing else. Not other devices, or hair appliances, definitely not the air mattress (although I expected that). If you buy make sure you have it on an outlet near the floor because it's prongs are loose and weak, and won't hold on the wall. Thankfully our broke off the last day, right before we went to the airport, we finished charging our phones there.

This worked great for my Italy trip. I recommend!
I purchased this power converter for my Italy trip and it worked great. It charged my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra using a charging brick without any issues and it was not extremely slow either. It charged fully in less than 2 hours. The adapters work great too and they stay on sturdy. I 10/10 recommend this if you are planning on traveling to Europe.

You can use hair curler/straightener
I purchased this to use in Paris. I was mostly worried about being able to use my hair curler. It worked great though!! My family took different ones and they didnt work so everyone had to use their hair curlers and straighteners on mine because it worked. I like how it has 2 usb ports as well. The downside is that its top-heavy and might come out of the socket but I put something under so it wouldnt tip over.
