Simple to use, just one button, long hold to switch on/off. When it’s on, you just click the button (normal press) to cycle through the three settings. If you’re using it for an injury start off on low setting with light pressure on the area and build it up over days/weeks.Great for relieving aches and pains in your muscles, I’ve used it mainly for a torn calf muscle, but I have also used it for sore back muscles.It is definitely good quality, I bought this one after reading the reviews on cheaper versions and seeing that the cheaper ones didn’t last long. This one had good reviews and once I used it I realised why.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using both the massage gun and the foot massager for a while now, and they’ve been fantastic. They really help me relax and work wonders on sore muscles. The deep kneading action and heat feature are particularly soothing after a long day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for effective muscle relief at home.

Bought for plantar fasciitis and shoulder pain, so far so good. Think a leaflet explaining the heads in more detail would be appreciated- hence the 4 stars

I have suffered from shoulder pain for literally years. I used this for 30 seconds on the effected area and it just doesn't hurt anymore. I know it will come back but now I have something to help it go away again.I also have been suffering from plantar fasciitis which is actually why I bought it. I read that its not really a foot problem but more of a "leg" problem that shows up in the foot. I got it to massage my calf. It also did very well with that. Its helping me a lot.The battery life is not great considering it takes 6 hours to charge to full and you can use it for an hour... but that is ok. Its not that easy to hold because of where the power/intensity button is. It is easy to hit it and suddenly its going way harder than you want it to or turns off.Outside of that, I am very happy with it for the relief of pain.

Bought this for my earderly father for him to use on his legs . Easy to use and very effective.

I had high expectations about this however I was quickly disappointed. The battery life is terrible, if you're like me and just want to try the item as soon as you rip open the box then this isn't for you. It takes hours upon hours of charging to just try! Very awkward to hold and unfortunately this made my pain worse leaving me with a stiff and painful shoulder whilst returning the item! :(

The price gave me access to trying the type of product that was everywhere at the time. Does the job more than well enough for what I need

Rubbish -- Worked for exactly 2 mins before it broke down. Tried to get to the seller and they replied with long emails and excuses...
