New Balance Women's W890v4 Neutral Light Running Shoe

I've been a recreational runner for the last 2 years, and I have tried many different running shoes during that time. I've spent hours at specialized shoe stores and have paid hundreds for different running shoes, all which promised to provide solid support for my feet. I've tried Nike, Brooks, New Balance and others.All of these shoes were okay, but they all had their own little issues. The arches were uncomfortable, the tread wore out to fast, the netting on top of the shoes would get holes in them, and so on.A few weeks ago, this shoe was one of Amazon's daily specials. I didn't really need new shoes at the time, but the price was unbeatable and I was very curious to see how this shoe would hold up. I wasn't expecting too much, but I was still excited to receive them.When I first received these shoes, I was surprised at how light they are. They are, without a doubt, the lightest pair of shoes I have. The cushion inside the shoe is wonderful, and after 6 weeks of running in them daily, the cushion is just as solid as it was when I first received them.The tread is still thick and in tact, and I'm sure I have quite a few months left before I need to replace these shoes.They are comfortable and I can feel the support they give my feet. They are phenomenal. And they fit the arches in my feet perfectly. Now that is the first time I've ever had a shoe that fit my arches so well.I feel like these shoes were custom made for my feet! After my very first 3 mile run in them, my feet still felt good. I wasn't sore at all.Once these shoes are worn out, I will definitely replace them with this exact model. My search for the perfect running shoe is over.

My podiatrist recommended New Balance, and I was lucky enough to find these on Amazon's Gold Pick of the day at a reduced price. My right foot is larger and wider than my left foot due to an injury, so I have difficulty at times finding a good fit. These are light weight with good support and padding. Over 60 years of age I need padding under the ball of my foot as I have arthritis. I can do a few miles on the treadmill or on a walk, and it is not painful. They are stylish and fun without being over the top. Just enough color to make you feel good about wearing them. The soles are flexible enough that your foot can move naturally but not so flexible that you feel like there is no support. The toe is very wide on the wide sizes and fits my foot perfectly without looking overly bulky. The upper is pretty soft and flexible so my foot really feels good when I'm wearing these.These shoes are comfortable, I have a good fit, and the support is just what I need.Recommended. prisrob 09-13-14

This is my 4th pair of these shoes. I have numerous foot problems including plantar fasciitis, neuromas, high arches and Tailor's bunions. These shoes are great. They come in wide (and are a very generous) width with accommodates the bunion and my already wide feet. Arch support is adequate. They are a very cushioned neutral shoe. I run 10-25 miles per week depending on the season and what I am training for. They do run a little small but I had read reviews prior to ordering my first pair. I run in a 9 wide for shorter runs and trail running and sized up to a 9.5 wide for long runs because my feet swell. This is consistent with the size I wear in most of my other shoes. I also wear them for Body Combat cardio class. They wore really well even with all of the outside running and trails I wore them on. I plan to continue to wear these as long as NB continues to produce them. And always thanks to Prime for giving me my shoes in two days!

I would have really liked these shoes, but they were too small. I usually wear a size 9 in running shoes, but I sized up to 9.5 after reading the other reviews. It wasn't enough! Maybe a full size up would have worked. They were a little narrow for me and I don't have an especially wide foot. I did notice there is a wide version of these on Amazon and I am wondering if that would have worked in the 9.5. I have never bought a wide shoe before though so I am just going to pass, I sent these back. They are super cute shoes though, very light, and good cushion for the low weight. If you have a narrow foot and size up, you might be really pleased.

I'm a ultramarathon runner with weekly mileage between 45 to 60 miles. There are several things I love about this shoe. It's light weight. It's very comfortable. It fits as expected. It's flexible, not stiff. And it really looks awesome. The one thing I don't like about this shoe -- and maybe it's that way by design -- is that it is not stable in the mid foot. I've torn ligaments in my foot in the past and am sensitive to mid foot issues; it may not bother other people. With a different, stiffer insole in, this shoe rocks. And I noticed the other comments about the size being small. I can't comment on that as I always by running shoes a full size to a full size and a half larger -- which if you are going to put in serious miles and don't want your toenails turning black and falling off, I highly recommend. I have been wearing new balance for years. I am not an athlete. I do walk 1.5 5 days a week and I like to wear NB to work on jeans day,out at festivals and such. My last pair was 860 V3 8.5 wide. After reading reviews saying they ran small I ordered a 9 wide. It is the perfect size. Another 1/2 size up would probably be to big. I love the blue with pink. It is hot fluorescent pink trim. These shoes are so much lighter than the others. Which I love for walking. The insoles are very padded and feel "foamy". I love it. The outsude it mesh, another feature I like. I still need to try them on my Wii fit step, but I am sure they will be fine. Good shoe for under $100

These shoes are fantastic. Great quality and looks, very light and seems very comfortable. It was for my girlfriend and she simply loved them.Unfortunately I had to change them for a bigger size, they are a bit small, so consider ordering half a size bigger. Fortunately thanks to the fantastic service Amazon provides I didn't had any issues with the return.Would recommend to anyone.

Bonne chaussure de course, bien légère,mais trop étroite devant . A prendre plutôt une voire 2 pointures plus grandes que la taille habituelle.
