Lorie, the founder at Eco Hip Products, promptly contacted me the day following my review post, and she apologized for the cracked lid. Soon enough, I received a new lid at home, which works perfectly well!Though I did not have a perfect initial experience, the customer service was superbly efficient and personalized. They come with a nice "Keep calm and drink on" logo, and the neoprene sleeve fits snugly, but not too tight. I had previous bottles which was rather difficult to remove the sleeve.The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because one came with the lid cracked -- since it's wooden I imagine these things could happen, but I guess quality control let one slip by. I opened a return+refund with Amazon for the damaged bottle.

Even though this bottle was packed well, it was shattered into tiny pieces.

My girlfriend really liked this tumbler; however, I was quite surprised by how easily it broke. This morning, it was sitting on a bench (about 2 feet from the ground), in it's sleeve, in her purse. I bumped her bag and it rolled out of the bag on to the floor, a wood floor and it shattered.

I loved it but then it broke while hand washing it. It cracked while in my hands and I have no idea how or why! I was so sad because it was so cute and worked really good. I only had for about 6 months. It should have not broken so easily! I wouldn't buy not worth the money since it breaks so easily.

I love drinking tea and this water bottle serves me perfectly. I use it everyday and bring it everywhere. I love it!!

Perfect!I have been using this bottle to steep my loose leaf at work daily for the past 9 months and have had no issues. I switched to this bottle after using a different brand with plastic parts that were in contact with the boiling water. The double walled glass keeps the drink hot but I am still able to pick it up just fine without the sleeve. It is also sturdy enough to survive getting knocked down on my desk a couple of times.Eco Hip also has excellent customer service with quick and friendly response. I recently misplaced the bamboo lid and they were kind enough to send me a new one.Highly recommended for loose leaf tea folks who don't want to worry about steeping in plastic.

It has wired chemical smell when it still new and i wash the bottle seem okay. now i realize it's coming from the cover of the bottle. Now after 2 weeks of use for hot water, the inner part broke for no reason. Quality is really bad.Update 3/21/2017:It surprised me that I've receive a new infusion water bottle yesterday which I don't expect the vendor cares. I upgraded my review from 1 star to 5 is because they provide excellent service and they care about their customers.I've check this new water bottle, the cover cloth doesn't have any smell like the old one. Let see how the bottle works after I use the bottle for a while and I'll continue update my review to help other consumer to choose their selection.

Well made but the lid has to be unscrewed and removed in order to take a sip. This makes it less functional for drinking while on the move or during the morning commute. I'm debating as to whether to keep or return.
