Poor Quality, Poor Service
Crompton BLDC fans are not worth buying. I have 3 of them in my home and each one stopped working within a year and needed a PCB replacement. Now in the second year, the cycle has started again. One by one they are needing a PCB replacement for the second time. What's worse is that their service is pathetic. My tickets keep getting cancelled with false reasons. They don't even reach out to me. In the last 15 days I have raised tickets 4 times and each time it was cancelled without so much as a call to me. Escalating this has not helped either.

Nice fan with good air delivery
Let's just cut to the chase.Pros:Good air delivery in 150 sq. Feet room size.Very low noise.Same speed even when on inverter. Works very well on high low voltage fluctuations. Speed is consistent.Looks are very nice.5 years warranty provided which no other fan provides.Bought for 6100/ with citibank disc. And some offer.Consumes less power as rpm is low.Cons:Price is higher, but again warranty is of 5 years.Dust accumulates easily over blades.Rpm is lower than other fans. At speed 5 feels like working on speed 3-4. My other non bldc fans have around 400 rpm. Which make them look fast. But again when on inverter these fans go slow on speed and make some noise.Overall, just go for it. Nothing major to not to buy this fan.

This fan needs improvement!
Update as on 28th March: The fan is again making noise. It's better to avoid this product.PREVIOUS UPDATE : After the servicing, the fan is once again functioning like before. Full marks to the Crompton management who promptly reached out to my complaint. Besides this one problem which is now fixed, the fan is a great product! Do read the 'Pros & Cons' of the fan below. I am again giving the product 5 stars!SERVICE WAS NEEDED ON 10th SEP 2020 : The fan is making noises since the past 2 weeks. I contacted the service centre; got a call from the service department that a repair person will come and fix it. But now, the person is unreachable. This is unacceptable when you pay a premium. I'll change my rating from 5 stars to 1 star.INITIAL REVIEW : I researched all other "silent" ceiling fans like Orient Aeroquiet & Havells Stealth. Both have some or the other shortcomings like lack of adequate airflow, no remote control and no BLDC technology. I ordered this fan during the Prime Day Sale for Rs 4800 and at this price point, it's the best in class. Before I list out the additional Pros, Crompton's Silent Pro Enso definitely the DELIVERS SILENT PERFORMANCE as claimed. And while the word "silence" is relative, but the reduction in the decibel levels is clearly audible (pun intended). Following are some of the Pros & cons I noticed :Pros:Silent performanceVery good airflowRemote controlPower efficient BLDC technologySleek & modern designCons:The remote control comes with the sleep timer of 1hr, 2hr, 3hr and 4hr. It should come up the sleep timer of 6hr.

Review for Crompton SilentPro Enso 1225 mm (After 1 Month of Usage)
Review for Crompton SilentPro Enso 1225 mm (After 1 Month of Usage)About the Product: The design is nice and the fan looks great.Issues: Unfortunately, the fan started making noise after just one week of usage. Out of the two fans I bought, one started producing loud noise, making it difficult to sleep. Despite the product description claiming "2x Silent," this issue persists.Service: The service has been the worst part of my experience. I raised around 10-12 service requests, and every time (with a 48-hour turnaround time), my requests were canceled without any follow-up call or message. After several attempts, a technician finally came, installed the fans in a hurry, and left without proper attention. To date, I've raised around 9 more requests regarding the noise complaint, but I haven't received any response. Conclusion: While the product itself seems good, I would advise against purchasing due to the extremely poor customer service. The lack of support makes it hard to enjoy the product.

Original product
Product is good. But sometimes you will have a tough time to pair the fan with remote. While trying to pair, check that you are using new batteries in the remote. Before buying, be informed that this fan is said to be very sensitive and not suited for rough handling and you are not supposed to connect it through a regulator. While working if you turn the regulator to reduce the speed, the machine will be damaged. Give direct connection to fan and operate through remote only.Wind displacement is good with low power consumption. Regarding dust accumulation I have to wait and see. Though the name is Silent Pro, I didn't feel any difference, may be my personal problem.

Unreliable fan, incapable service centre, call centre insensitive to customer suffering
Very unreliable product and installation support by Crompton is worst. Service centre took thee days to install. The fan has stopped working within two days of installation. Now service centre not responding and Crompton call centre says their rule is that the customer should wait for 48 working hours for any complaint to be attended.

No sound! Nice design
It's really worth it. Absolutely silent. Very nice design too. The air circulation is felt much more with this fan as compared to the old one I have replaced. Finally nice to see design development in ceiling fans.Crompton installation also was very prompt 👌
