This little handheld printer is great for labeling moving boxes or anything that needs more of a permanent marking rather than a label that might come off. It is pretty easy to use. The only odd part is the steel attachment to print on non-flat surfaces as it doesn't look like its a part of the printer when you open the box. I'm looking forward to marking everything!

Is the worst shopping I ever made do not work at all. Don’t buy this item or you will be very disappointed. Because of my comments the companies been contacting me to refund me part of the payment and not a total amount which is the fair way to do it or re send a new one to give them a chance to show the is really a good product with quality and warranty support. But they haven't made a real show of fair good intentSince August 28, 2021, this company has pressured me to remove the comments for its products that do not work and that in the end are of poor quality. I am not going to give in to the interests of this responsible company that wants to sell poor quality products. the most honorable thing they could have done was give me back my entire money as a form of courtesy for the poor product they sold me.

Great tool we have two units, it does more that I need, bar codes, QR codes wonderful. Plus great support from manufacturer.

For $300 this has been an amazing budget solution to making sure our expiration dates are more permanently affixed to our hot sauce bottles. It comes with a guard to help align your bottle to exactly print the label to the glass bottle. My only pseudo-complaint is that you need to build a housing for that guard to rest the bottle to apply the date. Thankfully I passed Shop in highschool. As long as you store the ink cartridge as per the instructions, the ink has lasted us literally thousands of bottles on the cartridge that it came with. We have ordered backups but haven't needed to replace it yet after the first month of use.

Thankfully, we were not disappointed as it was super easy to set up right out of the box. There's also a handful of videos online that can guide you as well. Its easy to create what you need and save on the touchscreen or plug in a USB with your own design/coding.

This product is really easy to use. The instruction coming with is easy to understand. and it comes with multi-language. it's a nice shopping experience. get it and never regret it
