Tastes amazing, hope it works!
I hope these work because wow, they are so delicious I actually have to hold back from having more than the recommended dosage.I began taking these at the same time as my Iron oral spray, so can't tell which or both is doing what, but I feel great. Huge improvement in the two weeks I've been taking them.

A nice little boost
Definitely haven’t had the ‘stick to your teeth’ problem that a lot of people have mentioned, they’re well made, easy to swallow and taste exactly of the flavours advertised. It’s worth noting that I still crashed and lacked energy a week after taking these (but they did perk me up quickly within a few days) I lacked vitamin massively due to working from home so in the end had to get prescribed little liquid gel capsules from the doctor. I’d say these should be aimed more at people who just need the vitamin D top up and not someone who is severely lacking like I was

Tasty, high D3 content
These a great tasting little gummies, although the texture does mean they get a little stuck in your teeth. The amount of D3 in them is very high and although the bottle say the portion size is 2, that equal 250% of your daily in take. Not a big issue, just means that I only have 1 a day and the bottle will last me a couple of months.

Very enjoyable gummies
Delicious gummies, they do stick in your teeth but they’re very soft in texture and easy to chew. They do make taking my vitamins an enjoyable part of my daily routine.

Great for period cramps
I bought these because I read online that vitamin d can help with period cramps. They work so well. Usually I’m bed bound for the first day because I’m in so much pain even with painkillers and a hot water bottle. But after taking these for a couple of weeks (I took one a day and then the week before my period was due I took 2 a day) my cramps have eased up so much, they’re still there but I can actually get up and do things now without feeling like Satan himself is ripping my organs out.
