Is this service available or not/ as Voltas has refused to adhere this.
We have purchased this OneAssist 3 Years Total Protection Plan for Air Conditioner from Rs 30,001 to Rs 35,000, but while the service team from Voltas were here for service they have refused to accept this.How can we solve this issue.

Worst thing you can buy in your life
Worst thing happened in life is taking insurance cover from one assit. I have raised a complaint on 11 April 2023 but till date on 24 April 2023 they have not repaired my AC. Moreover, I think they just stole the original part from your product in the name of damaged part and after that they never repaired.

Recommended for purchase
This review after observed 15 days of usage, the AC is installed by VOLTAS team perfectly within committed time lines and AC performance satisfactory. Recommended for small room 140-150 sft area.

Its a crap company
The services they provide are not that great, they take a lot of time to process the complaint and also their engineers don't know much about the electrical appliances.

Horrible service
These guys will readily do small repairs. However, when they have to really pay out of pocket for repairs like gas leak, they'll create massive delays. My request has been stuck for more than 15 days. If you don't want such hassle, I suggest you to look elsewhere.
