Best brand to use when making Pholourie!

I like the fact that this product has all the ingredients already mixed into it and all you have to do is add water to the mix. It is the best mix for making Pholourie, as you are frying it in oil it helps pull the fat-soluble compounds from all the spices that extracts more flavor and might almost change the color a bit. But I cannot believe how delicious it tastes and with the added Tamarin chutney, it was like a Trinidadian Indian explosion in my mouth. Woo Wee. I love it.
