Awesome CD and every time I listen to the CD I feel like I am being transported to the eternal city. Roman holiday does that to me and the music is sensational and beautiful. Wonderful CD from Andre Rieu and one of my favorite cd's of his and one of the most memorable ones as well.

Fabulous CD!!!
Oh, my, what absolutely gorgeous music! I LOVE this cd! If you are a fan of Andre Rieu--you need this cd. I see that it says the tenors sing in track 1, but so does Mirusia and she has the most glorious voice. Then it is just beautiful track after beautiful track. I have never been to Rome and frankly do not have a desire to go BUT this music is awesome!

Great selection of Italian songs!
My Mom is a great fan of Andre Rieu and I bought this for her for Christmas. She is thrilled with the selection of music and it reminds her of when she heard Rieu in person!

Superb - BUT!
Superb! BUT the only complaint is the centre hole in the cd is too small. I had to ask three people if they could possibly get the cd out of its cover because I was scared of breaking it in two. It took them ages to do it, and we dare not put it back in its case because it bends a bit when trying to and may not come out again without difficulty! It is also very tight to put on the "turntable" to play, but not quite as bad as getting it out of the case. Once playing - it's fantastic!

For the first time I feel disappointed, but it is partly my fault because I was expecting a DVD, not just a CD. Although it included a small DVD, it just was not up to his usual standard. I am a huge Andre Rieu Fan, but this CD did not come up to his standard. It seemed to be lacking something, or maybe he was trying too hard. Pity. I bought two as one was for a gift, but not sure now whether I am happy to give it as a present now.
