Nope!!
I had recently purchased an orange color from targeted it was extremely vibrant... so in good fashion I order the entire set.. NOPE I WAS DUPPED!!! Extremely sheer color OFF from the bottle none of them never got close to neon.. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

great brand but don't buy from amazon. damaged packaging- polish separating in pots and no returns on these types of items. buy elsewhere

Package was damaged slightly, but product was bad/old. Buy from somewhere else.

Bright thick polish read review!
Arrived perfect no damage at all and packed with foam peanuts for added cushion.Colors are bright and polish is pretty thick except the Neon pink which almost watered down but too bad 2 coats (as I did will all colors) and it was fine. I will add the picture makes the Neon green look more like a Neon yellow however my error as the description totally describes the colors in detail which I failed to read. Nonetheless I LOVE the set perfect for summer!*tip when dried it does have a Matte like finish but if you use a good top coat (I use Sally Hansen quick dry) you’re good to go! 👌🏼
