Are these durable? How long would it last if I play once a week?

Depending what your USTA level is, how long do you play, how sweaty your palm is, and how tightly you hold the racket it's hard to predict. I am level 3.5, hit the ball fairly hard, play about 1-1.5 hour per week - the grip should last at least 12 weeks easily. I had mine for 5 weeks now and it still looks fairly new.

This is a great overgrip. But, it doesn't have a sticky tape end so that it sticks securely? What is the workaround? Thanks.

You use the overlap of the material to hold it on as you move up the grip and then use a piece of the thin tape with the name or logo on it to secure the end at the top. You should have received several pieces of the thin tape which is sticky once you remove the backing.

How much thickness of this grip ?

Very thin and. Cannot feel Tournament Grip even on top of another grip...

Is this a grip or an over grip? Product says it is a grip but reviews suggests that it is an over grip.

Over grip. To be wrapped on the original handle. Great for sweat absorbtion.
