Worked well, used 2 to cover extension cord connections and 1 to cover a narrow ac adapter box for a 12' skeleton. They kept everything dry during rain and snow.

The product is a good one for what it's for: running a single extension cord through it. To be able to use it to house my solar extension connections, I had to remove all but the outer shell, losing the waterproofing rubber end pieces that the cables would not pass through. But it's more protection than nothing, and I'm glad I got this three-pack.

As other reviews mentioned the gaskets on the ends aren’t separated when received. They are cut but not all the way through so you have to separate them and then put them in the slot where they belong. Not a big deal but can be confusing.I needed this for a fairly light plug that the first one had already gone bad due to water. I was able to force the fairy plug into this box and it worked pretty well as shown in the picture. There was a little water inside when I took the lights down, but that’s probably due to the fairly light cord being smaller than the gasket opening.Be careful not to lose the gasket or plastic cord holders inside when opening outside. The plastic cord holders can come out as well. Overall this did the job for me and it wasn’t really designed for these so I gave it 5 stars although overall there could be improvement. But for the price I feel it’s a good buy.

For the price, it’s really subpar. Ended up going to Home Depot for a replacement instead of using these. The seals were broken and there was really no way these were meant to be water tight. Feels cheaply made.Editing my review and adding a star - I was reached out to by customer service who genuinely wanted to know about my experience and help. It did not change my review of the product itself as I still was not satisfied, but the customer service is exceptional…and I figured that’s worth mentioning in my review.

We had these on the ground outside for xmas blow up thingies and it rained a LOT. These capsule kept the extention connections dry and surprisingly stayed clean as well. Good purchase!

This is one of those things that until you get one you never really had a clue how helpful they are the piece of mind they provide. We tend to get a lot of weather to deal with when the xmas lights are up and having this item in the mix made things a lot better and they do the job well. Seal up quite tight and do not let any moisture inside. Very good value.

I used these things last xmas for decorations and it worked as advertised. We had a pretty good dump of snow for a couple of days and all lines were still working. No short circuiting or whatever so i can safely say this product works. Straightforward product. The only thing i can think of that other people might have a problem with are the gaskets. You have to put an effort on it to align your lines but this is a good sign that everything will be tight when u closed it.

Very easy to install, excellent "sealing" of electric connections. Safe and secure !
