Too expensive
Taste ok, a bit hard. Curb my snack cravings. I would buy if it was under $10. $20 for pack of 18 pieces? That’s crazy expensive. Wish I read the descriptions, I thought I was getting more packs.

Delicious!
These were really good and arrived with packaging in tact so cookies were not crumbled. I like the individual packs of 3 so they remained fresh! This is only cookie I know of for the Dukan Diet regimen and highly recommend!

Pretty good for diet food, though a bit too expensive
Like many people on diet, sometimes the temptation is just too strong so I end up eat something in between meals, then feel bad about it afterwards upon seeing the caloric count. However, most snacks on the market are long term health complications, and for the small minority of healthy snacks, almost all of them are nearly inedible and literally makes you want to eat less, which is probably how they get you to lose weight.Eventually, I stumbled upon this oat cookie brand. The nutritional facts seemed promising, with 3 cookies having 130 calories and having high amounts of dietary fiber. Thinking why not try it out, I bought them immediately. After all, it can’t be any worse than the triscuits I bought at Walmart. When I received the item, I was a bit shocked at how little there is, especially considering how I paid 20 bucks for them. There was only a single small box of cookies, about the same amount as the Oreo boxes you buy at the dollar store. At that point I felt kinda ripped off, especially considering how other diet snacks are way cheaper. However, what it lacks in affordability, it makes it up in taste. Kind of. Compared to other diet snacks, this tastes surprisingly well. It has a subtle sweetness to it, but not too much as to raise my blood sugar and make me sick. The hazelnut flavor is pretty noticeable, and the oat texture gives this cookie a nice full sensation, as if you’re eating more than you actually are. Obviously it doesn’t taste as well as the diabetes-in-a-package you find at your local dollar store, but it’s a whole level better than the bland rice cakes and rice crackers I usually get from Walmart or Target. So overall, good tasting cookies. It’s certainly on the more expensive side, but it has pretty good qualities for diet food. So if you’re on a diet and can afford it, it’s a pretty good buy.
