I wasn't sure what to expect, but this protein blew me away. MRE Lite actually taste amazing- I've tried vanilla and brownie flavor. It mixes super smooth, no clumps, and it doesnt have that chalky texture most protein have. (BTW I have used lactaid, almond milk, regular whole milk and 2%- all mixed great). What makes this product stand out is how clean it is. I love that its made from real whole foods, not just whey. You can feel the difference- It's easy on my stomach- no bloating/heaviness - and its kept me full for hours. I use it after a workout or as a quick meal when I'm on the go. For the quality you’re getting, the price is totally worth it. Each serving is packed with protein, and it lasts a while because you don’t need to double scoop like other brand. Low sugar, high protein, and great flavor… this one checks all the boxes. Definitely my new go-to protein powder. Highly recommend!

Love love love it!! OMG..this taste just like banana nut bread. It is so good. Not that fake banana flavoring, taste like real bananas. I have several flavors, and they are all great. Fudge brownie yummy, always my most favorite, but this neck and neck with the banana nut bread now 2 most favorites, blueberry cobbler taste just like blueberry cobbler super yummy and vanilla very versatile. Can't wait to try more flavors.. 6 - 8 oz too thick, for me. I I mix 6 oz almond milk and 6 oz water 1 scoop of product. OMG the best when ice cold. Best tasting I've ever tried. I'm sensitive to whey products. So head to find some that's not and hits all the check marks..love love love. Except the pumkin cheesecake has no flavor

I was surprised on many levels. First, it tastes great. There is no “meat” flavor at all. That was my biggest hesitation. I’m glad I took a chance. I already use a whey protein shake so I wanted to vary my protein source. Second, despite being their “lite” version, it satisfied my appetite. I’m not a gym rat, but just super busy and want to eat better than prepackaged stuff. I would advise using a frother/stirring device instead of a spoon to mix. I have not tried it in a shaker bottle.

The 1st container I got was good and tasted good. The new one I just got has change of ingredients and tastes like trash now. Bottle on left new, bottle on the right is previous purchase. If they stuck with previous manufacturer and previous ingredients, this would be a 5 star review. But now quality is now in the dumps. 1 star.

Mix it with milk and shake super well and its reaallyy good! Has helped so much with an eating issue, keeps me full. With water its a little grainy but still not bad

I like the way this taste and mixes. It works on a low carb diet. It mixes well with hot or cold liquid and b is filling. But sadly, it contains sucrose. So I had to stop using it.

This is the second time we have ordered this Fudge Brownie protein powder and will definitely order again. 24g of protein and 2 grams of sugar. Easy to digest and effective.

Tastes great, has all the nutrition benefits you need. Mixes great, does not make you feel bloated.

Tasted good and mixed well into my warm cream of rice. But I have IBS and quite sensitive to foods, unfortunately this gave me a terrible stomach ache :(

I have only had two shakes, but so far I have to slam it and try my best to to inhale so I don't have to taste it. Probably just buy whey again, first beef protein I have tried..
