Love this folate
This is the best folate that I have tried. When I run out I always notice the difference in how I feel. Been taking this for over a year as my blood results always come back showing low folic so I decided to take the minimum does daily. It is dearly needed and appreciated.

These are very good when you feel like your short of energy they help you absorb iron

Does the job
Does as needed - I have to take folic acid as doctor advised. Downside is they are in foil packets so more hassle to open - I find other products ie. In the bottles easier / just lazy on my part.
