Great mousse to use if you have hard-to-hold hair! I've NEVER liked to use "products" in my hair, but always LOVED to style my hair. My entire crown is highly processed, and the rest of my hair is virgin. I have Asian Stick-Straight hair, and of course, I want curly hair. I needed a product to use that wasn't sticky, didn't make my hair like concrete either, and allowed my hair to remain soft and shiny. I like a retro 50's style, so I set my hair in foam rollers. I use this product on my hair and let it set overnight. My hair holds a curl ALL DAY and I don't add anything else! I could certainly use hairspray if I wanted to "perfect the style," to give it extra hold. This washes out easily and doesn't leave any residue. This product is very easy to use and the can will last a while, so it's a pretty good value. There is only ONE thing: I am fragrance sensitive, and wish this product were fragrance-free. However, the fragrance is not so strong, like MANY other brands on the market, that I cannot wear it.

My absolute favorite in hair products. This is silky. The scent is fabulous. It doesn’t feel heavy or sticky. It gives my hair a Beaty style every time. I use a quarter size dab and my hair can be wet or dry for an application. If you’re looking for a great product I say 5 stars for this one. Check out the entire line of Rusk.

Better than wow product

I've used this RUSK product for years but noticed this particular order was different. The amount is slightly less and the texture of the product is not as thick or have the same body it used to. I contacted RUSK and was told the formula had changed but not the efficacy. I disagree. The results for me are not the same so I'm disappointed in this product change.

My hairdresser recommended this product to me because it doesn’t get sticky and does the job. I use this after I was my hair and I’m happy with the product.

Waited a while to review this after purchasing. It definitely does what it’s supposed to, adds volume and helps my curls last longer! The scent is not the best, but it doesn’t linger so I don’t mind. It doesn’t weigh hair down, and doesn’t leave a crunchy residue. I just apply heat protectant, then the mousse before I blow dry my hair. My hair is much less thick and more flat when I don’t use it!

I have long, fine wavy hair but this product helps give me volume. I combine it with a curling cream and give me beautiful volume and hold!!
