This book is fantastically brilliant! Shine a torch to reveal hidden mythical beasts and creatures. The illustrations are beautiful without the illumination and the text is rich and informative.

My son absolutely loves this book. The illustrations are beautiful, written content is engaging (for both of us!) and the torch makes it wonderfully interactive. Well worth buying.

I bought this book for my six-year-old daughter as she is very interested in myths right now and of course loves any story with a monster, fairy, dragon, or unicorn. This book did not disappoint. It arrived in the morning and she was delighted to immediately take it into a dark room and find all the creatures hiding in the pictures. It was a little bit long for her though and by the end, all she wanted to do was look at the cities and find the animals, but since we have had it, it's been a bedtime favourite and I don't know how many times we have read it through. I would recommend this book to anyone with a child who loves mythical beasts and travel. My daughter loves both so this is a great success for us and just the right balance of reading, history, geography and mythology.

Simply stunning book bought as a gift for a 7 year old. The detail that’s gone into imagining the fairies is exquisite and coupled with the beautiful illustrations it’s a real treasure of a book.

Absolutely beautiful book.

Great art style. Stories are ok. Unfortunately both the UV light and the invisible illustrations are weak and incoherent . Even if a fully dark room.

Absolutely IN LOVE with this fantastically put together creation of a book!!!! All 3 of our kids LOVE IT!! The imagery, the torch, the stories.....and to top it off it’s such a beautiful book to have in your house!!! It’s a must have and I just had to tell the world about it!!!! Thank you Magic Cat. Xxxxxx
