Bought this for massaging my TMJ jaw joint that was so painful. After a few uses, the pain went away and the joint discomfort is almost completely gone. I massaged the area thoroughly for 5 mins, then applied a warm towel to the area. I did this twice a day. Lo and behold, I'm almost back to normal after two weeks of just this treatment. No invasive surgery required. I also took Ayurvedic supplements like Mahayogaraj Guggulu & Dabur Dashmularishta.(Also needless to say that I am NOT a doctor so take this as my own personal experience and not a prescription of any kind. Good for daily massage
The oil is good for daily massage. I like the spout as it does not waste oil and pours out just as much as needed.

Great quality oil!
I really love this oil. It feels really high quality. I use it for my daily self massage and dilute it with some sesame oil. Highly recommend for pitta/vata doshas.
