First off, the compatibility is outstanding. I've tested it with magazines from my Glock 19, Sig Sauer P320, and even a Springfield XD-M, and they all fit securely and consistently. This is an excellent, simple double mag holder. If you wear this and an AIWB with a spare mag up front, you can carry a whole box of ammo on your belt. The outside is smooth, no screws or protrusions to snag your clothing or damage the seat behind you. All hardware is mounted below the level of the outside surface. Mag retention adjustment is progressive with a simple Allen screw, that is provided. The holder fits both full size double stack mags and compact double stack such as the Hellcat, Shield Plus, or P365. It's not for single stack mags but frankly single stack is becoming rare these days. The belt clip is handy, so you don't have to remove your belt to remove the mag holder. Its latches are hidden on the sides where it won't open unless you squeeze both, on purpose. I have competing mag holders that have opened themselves up and clattered off onto the floor loudly. Not discreet. This one has never opened itself. The price is very competitive. I don't see any downside to these mag holders. Pick one up and see how you like it.

Overall, this is a very sturdy dual-mag holster that fits the slightly slimmer steel mags like CZ, Canik, Walther, etc. Typically, these mags just rattle and shake in holsters advertised for all 9mm magazines because they are made to accept the thicker walled polymer Glock style magazines. While these do have a little bit of slack in them, the internal leaf spring does it job to hold these magazines in place quite well. And the whole thing attaches to my 1.5" competition belts quite nicely. For the price point, it is a stellar deal at a fraction of the cost compared to other single pouches. My only gripe, and reason for the 1 star deduction, is with the quick attachment/detachment. The spring loaded hooks are held in place by a pin only on the top side. Thus, the hooks end up being crooked under the spring tension and makes it very difficult, if not impossible sometimes, to close and get both hooks to click into place. It can be done if I slam it shut hard and forcefully, but I fear that may eventually break the hook at some point. Almost requires pinching the hooks inward before it can close and seat correctly. I think future iterations of this design could be improved by adding another retaining pin at the bottoms of the hooks so that they are symmetrical and vertically aligned when opened.

I’ve been using this OWB Polymer Double Magazine Holster for a while now, and it’s been excellent for carrying my two 15-round .40 caliber magazines. The retention is just right — the mags feel secure without being difficult to draw when needed. It’s also very easy to attach and remove from my duty belt, which makes it super convenient for work. The ambidextrous design is a nice plus, and the overall build feels solid and durable. I’m really glad I purchased this holster and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable mag carrier.

I was a bit skeptical when I ordered this item, but after receiving it and trying it out on several different sized magazines I was very pleased and amazed. Very innovative design and excellent retention with both single and double stack magazines. I've already recommended it to several friends.

I use this for IDPA matches. It fits my CZ Shadow2 Mags just fine. There are likely a lot better competitive mag holders, but, for me, IDPA should be 'common man' equipment for the most part. I have no issue accessing my mags, even under a cover garment. It clips to my NEXT belt just fine and doesnt move.

Very high quality
