One workout down review *updates*
Update 5/6/25 - its not been quite 2 weeks and wow. Love this machine! Seeing and feeling results and core muscles i forgot existed.I have to take a break because I had a very effective ab workout today (it was fun!) but this is the BEST machine. The noise got crazy loud clunky for a bit. I resituated it and its better now. I just did a (slow but good pace for me!) 40 minute work out on this machine. I love it and can see myself loving this in the future.Great quality, good company, heavy duty.Yes there is noise, but I think at the speed i went (30spins) that it was mostly a rhythmic and hypnotic sound. My treadmill is equally as noisy. :)I had 3 mechanically inclined teens put it together because it would have been too intimidating for me to build.I do not have that gift, so I hired out.I will give updates, but I say that unless there is some huge issue.. this is a wonderful buy, I'm glad I purchased it. Can't wait to see myself buffEta: day 3 of owning. Buy it. It's a solid, enjoyable workout!

This machine went beyond my expectations!! I have watched videos and read reviews and this product goes even further. All analog, battery powered screen, so no cords or outlets required!Assembly was easy with true step by step instructions and tools. It's the only push/pull tower hybrid out there!!

The Teeter Power10 is an awesome home workout machine!
My wife and I love our Teeter Power 10 workout machine! I’m 6’3”, she’s 5’6” and the machine adjusts to accommodate the perfect fit for both of us. We have been doing 10 - 25 minute workouts, 4 - 5 times per week since the end of April 2020. The machine is solidly built. With vigorous use, it continues to run smoothly with no unusual noises or hitches like so many machines of this type develop over time. We love the 2 way resistance and the range of difficulty provided. (Light and easy to a struggle to push and pull)I typically enjoy assembling furniture and exercise equipment, but I know I’m in a minority there. However, even those who dread the words, “Some assembly required,” will find the build process to be a pleasure. The instructions provide access to the “BILT” app. It provides a step by step video guide along with rotating views of how pieces fit together. To further fool proof the assembly the hardware is packed in numbered baggies so you know what hardware and tools to use during each step of the process as you go. In a word, it’s “Genius.” The electronic monitor is simple, but I am impressed with it’s durability and because of the way it’s mounted, I don’t anticipate it conking out for no reason, as I have experienced with other exercise machines. The machine is extremely comfortable and after the initial assembly there’s no setup other than adjusting between users so it just sits in our designated workout space inviting us to hop aboard and start exercising. I was also very impressed with the customer support. When we first received the machine I noticed that one of the rowing arms was not perfectly aligned so I was concerned about the insertion point eventually wearing out and sheering. Because this was received during the height of the pandemic, I was unable to phone Teeter’s support line directly. With low expectations I emailed Teeter. To my surprise I received an overnight response, stating that production had been interrupted due to the pandemic, but the parts were on back order and would be immediately shipped when they became available. A couple of weeks later I received an email with tracking details and my replacements arrived a couple of days later. I do have 2 cons, but these are nitpicky details to give my review some balance. The first observation is that the machine gives an awesome upper body workout, but it doesn’t do much for your legs. The 2nd issue is, although this machine can be tipped forward and moved if it’s not in an deal location, it is by no means light so I suggest you set it up in a designated area where it doesn’t have to be moved. Is this really a con? It’s heavy because it’s sturdy and solidly built. The bottom line is, we love this machine and look forward to many years of high quality workouts.

Great for abs and arms
Somewhat of a pain in the ass to get those 1st 2 pieces put together because they were a hair uneven. But once I got those pieces put together the rest was easy. It does have quite a few parts but not very difficult to put together. I found that when you push forward on the machine you're working your arms in your back. When you're pulling down the actual rowing motion change it focuses on your chest and arms. It doesn't work hard on your knees at all. 15 minutes on this thing you get a great workout.

Sturdy Exercise Equipment
Well built, mostly metallic frame with a leather/pleather seat cushion and a sort of grip composite material for the handles. Setting up probably took about two hours or more for one person. I did not find that it required a second person to hold equipment in place while ratcheting and tightening an assortment of bolts. I'm 265 lbs and the completed frame and seat cushion is supportive with minimal- to-no perceivable creaking or lack of sturdiness. There is a variable weight system accessible from the handle, and you can set the machine to much lighter weights for cardiovascular or heavier for strength training. The handles offer four different hand positions for muscle focusing on different areas of the back, lats, biceps, forearms, and the leg system offers a really decent quads and gluts workout. About the only thing that it does not have, which I'm not too disappointed about, is a nice digital video workout system. Like rowing through waterways, etc. The "panel" is kind of minimalist, and I don't use it at all. I think that it is supposed to show information about reps, calories, and heartbeat with a supplied BPM wrap-around chest monitor. This machine is strong enough that so you can only do about “rowing” reps even if you are recently fit, or I can get about 10-15 minutes or more at the lower weight cardio settings. It's kind of simplistic overall, yet the rowing motion is pleasant to work with. Nice almost-full body workout, but I still find that I also like treadmill and weights as an addition to this machine.
